Great food at a good price. Service was awesome.

this was our first and last trip we got there the food was nasty and found hair all up in our food needless to say we got a refund on everything but our drinks. I won't be returning.

My wife kept thinking someone who had just smoked was around us as we ate but she eventually discovered what she was smelling. Her refried beans SMELLED AND TASTED LIKE AN ASH TRAY. I am so not exaggerating or being dramatic. I used to be a smoker so I am very familiar with that very distinctive smell of an ash tray. We talked to the manager and she said " they must have over cooked it, we have a new cook" . I am no refried bean expert but really? Let's assume that's a real thing for a moment. If that's a possibility EVER then there should be a policy to test every batch. That's just disgusting. I truly am leading on the idea that someone literally poured a ash tray in the mix. Yes it really was that strong of a smell and taste. The manager didn't do any more than " explain it". My wife was a big on the border fan but she said no more. Listen OTB staff. If she said no more OTB , how many more will say that. Just sharing our story. You choose where you eat.

It was good, service/bartender was helpful and quick. The only reason why I gave it a 4 is because the food came out warm not hot and the Arkansas liquor tax is 28% which is utter bs but that isn't there fault, I will never drink at a restaurant again in Arkansas

The service was good. Our drinks were refilled as needed, the food was tasty and brought in a good amount of time.

great food and staff great environment

We had a good and fun time. The food and drinks were ok. The service was pretty good.

I usually love On the Border but this visit was less than stellar. Food was good but not the usual I've come to expect. I ordered quacamole dip and never got it, even after reminding the waiter about it. Service was lacking but I guess every place is dealing with that right now.

After waiting 15 minutes in silence at my table someone finally offered to get my drink order and bring chips. What really earned the bad review was the fact that I watched them bring my food to another table and after about 5 minutes of picking at it the person said that they didn't order that item, then watched my server take the plate and bring it to me like someone else had just been playing in my food.

Service was outstanding. I didn't care for the chx flautas but the cheese and onion enchilada was very good. The refried beans and Mexican rice were average and not very hot. Tea was very good. Chips and salsa were awesome.
