This place has taken a serious dive, the owner or General manager needs to go ghost review this establishment. While I was ordering my food a bunch of kids came in with an adult male, all the kids carrying water bottles all ran over to the drink machine and filled up their bottles with coke and other drinks, keep in mind the paying customers were waiting in line behind this group of kids, the gentleman walks straight into the kitchen without any protective gear and hugs and kisses the cook and they proceed to kiss in the middle of the restaurant while their kids go through the drink machine. Upon getting their drinks the kids sit at an open table and just hangout, while the mom who was on duty as well as 3 other employees go out in front of the restaurant and sit at the only table outside for customers, where they chat and smoke cigarettes throughout our entire meal. I have no clue what sort of manager would allow such unprofessional behavior, but I for one won't be back.
Always enjoy Moe's. This location was staffed with excellent friendly team members and I'll be back every time I pass through Conway.
Google Maps advertises this place has a drive thru. I drove far out of my way, excited to know I didn’t have to get out of my car in the 100° heat. Got there, and to my dismay, no drive thru. I’ve never eaten at a Moe’s and was let down. Not their fault, but I just wanted to let everyone know there is no drive thru.
Needs work. By that, we mean employees that will WORK. I went in not long ago and I saw the most workers I have ever seen there. Burrito items were put on sparingly, and that’s if you can call a soggy folded tortilla a burrito. Staff was nice, but they need to be less aware of the side convo and more aware of the people they ask to tip them. Also, there was NO salsa in the five places they’ve made specifically for salsa. Needs work….
Update to 3/5 because generally they're good and there have been ups and downs like consistently giving the wrong salsa or not following order directions but it seems like in general it's the lower people making mistakes but the GM is great. Just have to work on consistency from the minimum wage peons and things should be better.
Great quality of food! Nice portions, but wish the food was hot! Wish the food could be warmed up, or something.
All their food tasted the same and was bland at that. Service was nice. But their rice was grainy and their salsa where identical. My burrito was burnt along with my sisters order.
The gentleman who helped me with my order today made it fun and fast! Not to mention the amazing salsa bar. Thanks guys.
Very delicious, fast and friendly. Some ingredients were old and gross, but not a lot.
Sorry to everyone giving moes bad reviews. Moes is amazing. Moes Monday is what you need on Monday! Trying to bulk or stay lean moes has options. Fire food and better than don pepes and chipotle. Don pepes over salts everything and chipotle tastes less fresh than moes. You cannot argue with getting chips and salsa with your burrito? Expensive? I just think y’all are broke
