Wrong orders, inexcusable waits, unprofessional conduct, and more. It's like this location tries to find ways to lose business. The management sure doesn't care as this is an expected norm for this spot. I recommend going to the nearby location on oak
I’ve stopped at this location twice recently passing through town. Both times the staff is extremely respectful and polite!!! Food was hot and quickly brought out to our table. Thanks for great experiences.
The staff here is soo sweet and helpful! Hot fries and cold drinks. Perfect stop on a road trip.
SLOW just isnt the word.....Just over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for. What happened to FAST FOOD!!!!!! The young man at the window was very nice and friendly
For nearly the last 20 years this has been. My families half way meeting spot between Texarkana Texas and Branson Missouri. When I meet to pick up my nieces and nephews or sister this is where we meet. My parents, aunt's, uncle's and cousins do the same. We just love this place. Sucked for us when it was meeting time when they weren't allowing us to dine in. Kids didn't understand why they couldn't go potty inside before we ate lol
Your managers jeff/Ron are abusive to employees. They talk down to them. They refuse to let them go to the bathroom when needed. They refuse to let them eat even when they work ten hours straight. They openly threaten to fire them . It is ridiculous and painful to witness. If there isn't change soon.... I'm contacting TV stations and filing a complaint in Conway government. I've seen workers brought to tears while working and one worker wet herself and was threatened to be fired if she went home to change
Horrible assembly of food. Drive through takes forever!!! And 85 % of the time the order is wrong. Second window lady with buzzed hair is rude!!
Horrible. Saw no fewer than 6 cars pull off. We couldn't get an employee to even respond to us at the speaker either. After sitting there for several mimutes and saying "hello" several times, we too left. As we drove around, there was a younger, blonde(ish) girl hanging out the drive thru window with a headset on and laughing with a car. I'm guessing about her getting paid to do nothing and watch car after car leave and hurting the restaurant's present and future business. We went down to road to BK where the employee was courteous and fast with our order. Food was delicious. Why in the world waste your time here when they're too busy not working to take orders??
I don't know his name but there was a rather large fellow working yesterday that really had his hustle on. He worked fast and with a purpose. Not something you typically see in a McDonald's. Good job for him!
They need to make some real changes in staff .. front desk lady messed up on my order ended up getting over charged.. the person I was with order was wrong along with the 2 others behind me .. told a young man when I was leaving that the ladies restroom was in really bad shape and was told oh well ? I try not to be negative but man it was a bad experience
