Most cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen. The employee for exceptionally friendly. They have our order out very quickly.
The last five times I went here, they took teb minutes to give me my food. All five orders were wrong. The last time, they forgot nuggets and then finally gave them to me, half torn in half. I am currently working on getting ahold of the GM and dealing with the issue personally.
Best McDonalds to pick up doordash from. Never had a customer complain about bad food or missing item from here and I've picked up dozens of times. Everyone is really nice and it's managed really well
I've only been living in this City roughly two months and let me tell you that 4 out of the 5 restaurants ( including McDonald's) that I have been too on Dave Ward Dr (west) have TERRIBLE customer service. I've over heard people talk of Oak street this and Oak street that BUT LET ME TEL YOU! THATS WHERE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I WILL GLADLY GO TO THE "HOOD" OR EVEN SALEM ROAD TO GET WHAT I WANT OR NEED WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If you need a "quick" drink or bite to eat, don't go through the drive-thru. What McDonald's calls food will work if there's no other choices available.
Took my daughter Kiley Jane Tesla in for breakfast, after a Dr. appointment. The entire building from outside in the parking lot to the bathrooms and inside tables were emaculently clean. The girls working were steadfast and cutely funny, and upbeat. My daughter ❤ the experience after we just found out that she had a severe case of pneumonia! Always a great stop here from open to close.
Don’t order DoorDash from this McDonald’s! They do NOT consider you a customer even through you have paid money like everyone else. They’ll make the dasher wait until the drive thru & the lobby is completely done before they even consider the deliveries. So if u don’t order at all, that’s less money which means less hours, then maybe they’ll figure it out. But i doubt it because it’s the manager holding up your delivery!
If you want to get McDonald's here at 8pm I suggest not bc all workers where avoiding the front counter like the plague when we got out food but didn't get my iced coffee I ordered stood there for 10 minutes waiting talk to someone finally got to talk two people but they walked away no apology but still waiting for my drink finally a girl asked what I needed and got my drink but with all the workers in that store there should have been no issue for one drink and when I went to get ketchup there was no sauce ups by the drink bar so I went to the counter there still no one there and five other people waiting to get there orders taken but no cashier I have been to more McDonald's with better service then this.

Waited for 30 minutes inside for one happy meal. No line inside. I Watched over 30 cars drive through the drive through line before I got my order. Worst service I’ve experienced anywhere.
