Pretty standard as any McDonalds is. This one did have quick service and the fries were hot. Anybody knows their cold fries taste terrible.
This place is extremely clean an extremely well managed. I love the coffee. I know at times it is hectic but that's only when they're extremely busy.
Editing to one star. Woke up on a weekend to go to get breakfast. Everywhere even the McDonald's website say breakfast stops serving at 11:30 on Fridays. They turned off breakfast in the app at 10:50 here before I could order. Wasted my time as well as not following the time they are supposed to serve breakfast. Annoying.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife was waiting in curb side for 10 minutes. She hasn't eaten all day because she has college and didn't have time. She decided to go through drive through to ask about her order. They said she needed a code "which you normally would" but she did curbside and the employee wouldn't listen to what she was saying about curbside and kept asking for the code and being rude about it. She started crying because of the employees attitude mixed with her hormones for being pregnant. She just wanted to eat. She went into the store and the employee in the front was helpful and got her food to her without having a code.
They never get my order right. Everytime I order a medium frappe they come in all different size cups. I don't get how hard it is to read a menu and then make the item requested.
Used the McDonald's app to order food. I get to the designated spot. Tell them "I'm here." And, proceeded to wait almost thirty minutes for a double quarter pounder, filet o fish, medium fries, and a large Coke, no ice.
Fyi, better if you speak Spanish to place your order. Had to change my order a few time with multiple payments before it was finally correct. Just letting yall know.
I've let this go unheard for the better part of a month. Every morning on my way to work I place a mobile order on my way out my house. When I get there I always end up spending 20 minutes in a traffic jam in the drive through. Typically don't get the right order or it makes me late for work and I end up seeing an opportunity to get out of line and just leave. If this wasn't the only place I could get a coffee in the morning at 2am on my way to work I'd avoid it like the plague.
Emploayees are slow and rude. Drive thru took over an hour to even get to the speaker to place an order. Door dash customers trying to cancel orders.
They get extremely busy during lunch and late night(10pm-12am) i can't knock them for that as they don't control what people do or eat. Overall this McDonald's location has provided average to above average quality. I take one star off because while their grill workers are on point the drive through and friers lack in letting luke warm fries go out the window consistantly. Order your burgers and chicken sandwiches, maybe skip the fries.
