I got it to go order for lunch a salad and soup. I thought that's in their wheelhouse because they have many different salads and many different varieties of soup. I was told by a few people that that would be the place to get a salad and a bowl of soup. The salad was supposed to be mixed greens it was romaine predominantly and it was the big middle section of the lettuce. The tomatoes were horrible. The potato soup was terrible. It had no flavor at all. It certainly was not made at that store because it did not taste like homemade soup.
I've always loved McAlister's and still enjoy the food usually. The last few years they've changed things up a little but the food is still good. Unfortunately Conways location is hit and miss. Sometimes food is ready in a reasonable time other times not so much. Same with employees, sometimes they're professional and nice other times that's not the case. I still go there but it's been less and less over the last 3 years.
Foods always great. I recieved a free Brookie on the house. Great customer service and nice and clean.
Most everything went OK. They were out of Ceaser Salad Dressing so one in our party had to change thier order. No one checked on us at our table as they always do at the McAlister back home.
Great atmosphere and great sandwiches and salads. Friendly employees!
I have ordered grubhub 3 times in 2 weeks. The sandwiches are AMAZING! The potatoe is huge but was tasteless. Asked for extra sour cream and butter and received the regular amt. No Salt and/or pepper. DO NOT get the salads!!!!!!!!!! Again. TastelessThe iced tea is not like any other McAlister's I've ever been to. Not as sweet.Hello! We come for the sweet southern tea!!!!
First time at this Mcalister and very disappointed on how they burnt my sandwich and actually sold it to me!!????♀️. People just have To Do Better!! The cooks in the back had plenty attitude!! Thank goodness front counter were decent?. I had to keep asking for the pickcle because they kept forgetting. Just bad all way around??♀️. They dont have to worry about me coming back.??
We ordered online last night at 8pm. We selected delivery ASAP because the store shows open till 10 online. They’ve adjusted hours and the delivery was rescheduled for 10:30 am the next morning. We tried to cancel by calling the store and we’re told to cancel online. There isn’t an option to cancel online through McAlister. It was a lot of trouble to cancel an order and they still sent the order to Door Dash. A lot of wasted time by us, McAlisters, and the door dash driver.
I had a French dip sandwich, not so good ? and I also had the chicken tortilla soup, the soup was amazing. Service was very helpful and friendly.
