the people here are really sweet and the service is great ! But the owner of the franchise has dropped the ball the AC is out the inside of this place is 87 at 11 am in the morning!!! It is very sad that the people working there are working in such hard conditions!! They need to fix the air ASAP ? the elderly people that were there had to take there food Togo will not be back till the air works its been out for awhile!!
A/C was out in the dining room and it was hot in the building. Ordered our food to go, ate in in the car. Food was great, I really felt for the employees having to work that afternoon.
If I could give a 0 I would. We went through drive thru on July 7 at 630p.m. There was 1 car at window. Our order was not taken till 649. We couldn't back up and leave because there was a line behind us. We finally get to window. We didn't get our food till 715. While we waited, a car parked. Went in, got a HUGE order. Left. Came back and went in and got MORE food. Guy at window went out to another parked car, TWICE. Took food both times. When he walked by us I asked to speak to manager. He just looked at me. When we FINALLY got our order, 2 chicken dinners, he opened window and just threw bag at me and shut the window. I never saw parked car pay anything for food, and heard guy in car say " Thanks for the food bro". HORRIBLE service. I sent in complaint and NEVER heard from anyone. Not to mention 2 other cars went in and got there food while we sat there.
The place was hot inside because they have a broken swamp cooler just blowing hot air around the building. I imagine it sucks working with it that hot in there.So the food was pretty horrible. Fish seemed like it had been previously fried and then reheated. Sides were pretty blah, bun for fish sandwich hard as a brick.Pretty disappointing, this is why LJS are closing everywhere.
The food was Severely overcooked almost to the point of Van burnt. And the air conditioner was out at long John silver's and they did have a huge industrial size fan blowing Bud but they had it blowing directly on the counter and not on any of the customers customers other than the ones standing in their place in the orders but what about the people that wanted to Set and Eat they were forced to sweat, With sonata's matches the cheap Box fan blowing on the customer dining area. That showed me the long John silver's has no kind of customer support whatsoever because any good business knows that without the customer there would be no business so it's a little more important to keep the customers cool after them paying those expensive prices for the food then it is to keep the cashier's cold at the moment.
Fantastic Service. I didn't catch the name of the woman who was at the window or the person helping her, but they were doing great. The food was good, and I'll definitely be back.
Hotter then hell could not enjoy our food. They said the air was broke. They need to put a sing on the door. And it took 35 mins to get food. Just us in there and 2 cars outside ..... I like eaton there but not no more ....for us ....... They could of had fans. I mean dam
The food at this location was fresh, however the grease they used to cook it and needed to be changed. Their air conditioners were not working in the restaurant at all. I was sweating a lot trying to eat my food. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and he apologized for the air conditioning
Ordered Saturday after working all day and was finally getting a chance to eat for the first time after a long day. Ended up getting sick hours after eating here. It has now been almost a week and I'm still puking, racing to the bathroom, and constantly hurting. I will not return. I have been unable to work this week. So Mr. Silver cost me more than 20 bucks. By far.
No air conditioning was so hot you couldn't enjoy your meal.The first time I've had dinner and a Sona at the same time.
