The best pizza I’ve ever had both past birthdays I have been here and ordered their pizza and dessert pizza!
I am a regular at Brick Oven Pizza in Conway. It’s usually a nice place to visit with friends and have a few drinks. The night shift waitress there is always very good to us. She is the kind of person that always has a smile and is very friendly and takes the time to get to know her customers. She has never interrupted my time there with negative comments about her co-workers however I can not say the same about the other server. I was having dinner tonight and there was a lot of tables coming in the brunette asked for help. She was at our table talking with us and went to walk off when a customer called her over and asked if she could get their drink order. She said yes of course but I won’t be your server tonight. They proceeded to give her their drink order. She turned to go to the counter and the customer stopped her to ask about beer. As she was answering the customers question the manager yelled at her from behind the bar that was not her table. She explained I was just trying to help I’m sorry and told the customer his server would be right there and apologized to the manager and walked outside. At this point that customer got mad and him and the manager were arguing about the situation. The Customer didn’t understand why she was being treated so poorly by a manager when she was simply taking care of his customers. In my opinion if a server has the time she should take care of customers regardless of who claims the table. They left the establishment with no intention of coming back. That’s when the manager starting yelling at her about calling corporate on him for the second time and when she explained she hadn’t she was called a liar. So clearly this was a personal issue for him. When she walked back out to check on her customers. The manager made a statement to his cook that shocked me. He said I told you tonight would be her last night. I am sorry for how you were treated in my presence tonight and I can not support a business that allows this behavior. Our family and friends eat at this establishment three to four times a week usually. We will not be back. So It appears that you lost a lot of business tonight because of your actions not your servers. She did nothing wrong but tears were running down her face as she finished her night. It was an awful experience.
Good pizza well cooked. They made a small mistake with my pizza and made up for it without me having to say a word. Also ordered the cinnamon sticks which were great. Cheesecake pizza I'd skip though
Meatball sub could use a little more sauce, maybe I should have asked but it's not a wet sandwich as you would think. But it was good. My waitress was very nice. That goes a long way. I'll give it another shot sometime in future
Nick is the right fit for this store. It's excellent and haven't had a problem since. Brenda is a great server as well. ❤??
I’ve tried 3 times to order from this restaurant and each time it was disappointing. Now when you dine in, the pizza is good. Tonight I ordered dinner and when I got there, had to wait for 20 minutes and watch the staff goof off and whine about how busy they were but there were only two tables!! Got home and I didn’t have a Margarita pizza but a burnt cheese pizza with tomato sauce. Called the restaurant and the Manager (unsure if he is) said he was sorry but they were busy. I asked why they took the order if so busy and he didn’t know. I asked for them to deliver my pizza since I paid for it and he said he can’t. Offered me a coupon for a free pizza for next time but there will be no next time. They never honor those anyway. Steer clear.
the manager of this establishment was racist. my bf (who looks more mexican than i do) and i went there to enjoy some pizza and a couple beers but they said they couldnt serve me because i had a Mexico id. never in my 21 years have i been discriminated the way i was discriminated here. utter disappointment. if i could give less than 1 star i would have.
This was the 2nd time we've been here & was just as delicious as the 1st time. Finally a good pizza restaurant to go to regularly!
Awesome new GM "Adam" made my experience even better today! This place goes above and beyond to make their customers happy and has NEVER messed one of my orders up. The food is great and it's always a great experience/ atmosphere Everytime I go in. Thank you for always having an amazing staff!
