There is a lot of stock the store doesn't carry.
I shop here normally lately once a week. I went in today for normal shopping trip. The meat case smelt like pure rotten beef. It was horrible. Also I noticed on their shelves they had hot dogs that expired September 18. So be aware and make sure you check dates at this location.
Buyer beware. The store on Salem road didn't have a small container of White Pepper. I had to purchase 2 large containers. I called the Oak street store and they had the small container I needed so I drove there to purchase it but they would not refund my money for the 2 large containers I purchased from the Salem road Kroger. They said I could only return them to the store I purchased them from. I had to go back. This is why I normally shop at Walmart.
The website says they are open until 11 PM. I tried to stop by there at 10 o’clock after I got off work and they were closed. They need to update their website if they’re not going to stay open as late as they say.
They need more cashiers. Over good store.

Horrible pharmacy service, put on hold 4 times before I gave up trying to schedule or ask questions for covid vaccine would not recommend, you will never get through
Terrible customer service the guy on the phone that i talked to about my pickup order cut me off from talking..they took my money for the product and it said in stock then all the sudden they didnt have it yet again they took my money and the guy i talked to needs to learn better customer service skills..we are regular customers there and may not go back.
