Pickup is a joke ! The guy that brought my things out didn’t tell me some of the items were out of stock , I drove 45 min home to find out my 5 bags of dog food weren’t in The trunk of the car ! What an idiot !
Some from corporate asked that the bin be removed that allowed donations for the high school food program?? The program that feeds hungry kids?? Donations by paying customers, at no cost to kroger... That's pretty sick corporate. Does corporate hate hungry kids or just feeding them?
There is a solid 2 inches of ice in the Kroger entry ways that extend several feet out into the parking lot. No precautions taken, customers were slipping and falling all over the place. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
Those poor people in the pharmacy working like crazy and I still had to stand in line for 30 minutes. One woman was working the drive through and a pick up window. Maybe a little more staff ???
Kroger keeps advertising how fresh their produce is when I found rotten potato and molded oranges on their shelves. that doesn't seem 'Fresher than Fresh" to me.
Kroger on Salem in Conway AR needs to step up! Two lanes on a Sunday and self check out lines around the corner on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON is absolutely ridiculous. What happens to the Kroger that prided their store or waiting minimal amount of time in line.

Horrible customer service from the assistant manager on Saturday 3/20/2021.
You need more checkers in the regular lines. 1 lane open. 13 regular lanes. Self checkout isn’t going to happen with me if I’m paying full price! I’m NOT going to check myself out AND bag it.
