Same great KFC taste. Always good. Got the family pack chicken strips meal.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the employees were very friendly. My Nashville hot chicken strips were good but the rest of the food was old and cold.
Haven't been to a KFC since probably 2007 and I never went to the Conway one because I heard from word of mouth it's awful and saw the reviews too. Later, it indicated that it was closed on Google's listing. Now I saw it and the building looked relatively new and the store was open, just as I was driving by. So I decided to try it out...I ordered online and went through drive-thru. They said I have to go in the store (later in the review I;'ll explain why I mentioned this). They told me I have to go in the lobby to pick the order up.I go in the lobby and they told me that their tenders and the chicken for the sandwiches are frozen. They didn't seem to offer any kind of solution or ask what I would like to do. I think it was the manager. He was decent to talk to, but just probably busy. It seemed like it was just him and 1 girl taking orders but there may have been 1 more person in the back.I asked about cancelling the order and he said I have to contact KFC. Well that's nice!! You guys fail to have things ready which are advertised on your menu (including the sandwiches being marketed as "NEW!"), but I have to contact KFC myself to get a refund because you can't serve me...The floor was sticky like it was mopped incorrectly. How do you not have chicken for your sandwiches or tenders (and I assume the popcorn chicken too) at a chicken place at 3:30 in the evening? You've had all day to get this ready.I called and got a refund and I asked about the whole "picking up inside" thing instead of in drive-thru. They told me it depends on store but asked me if they served me at the drive-thru. Then indicated that it was incorrect that they didn't serve me in the drive-thru after I went. I asked if that's the case, and she reverted ot "it varies by store".Most likely what's going on here is they want to push people to go inside but are supposed to or encouraged to assist people in drive-thru if the customer uses the drive-thru, but they don't want to admit this to us when we call in.
Not sure what is going on, but many weeks ago (probably 2 months ago) I went through the drive through and the same thing happened today. The menu board is showing out-of-date prices so you pay way more than advertised and when you ask for a receipt, the receipt machine is broken so you can't get one. Gave 3 stars because the food was hot and good but these other things need fixed. It's false advertisement.
I don't expect to go back here for a long time. I went through drive through and was told to pull around and I waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and went inside and they didn't even believe me when I said I'd been waiting on food. I heard the cashiers say they don't care about the restaurant and it's not their fault people are complaining. I suspect they'll go out of business of get a better owner.
Not friendly service to start off. Then they charged extra on their POS system but their prices on their board have not been changed. So when we are looking to order we are basing what we are ordering on the prices listed. I had to pay an extra $10 because they “couldn’t fix the amount on the system “, Which is absolutely absurd!! The whole restaurant floor was sticky and nasty. Get it together KFC. Get. It. Together. ??♀️
Terrible didn't have something I wanted .chicken was too dark .I think they should change the oil

My visit to KFC for the last three times has been the same situation I go there during the time that they should have plenty of chicken cooked 4:30 to 6:00 and they have no chicken now once would be just a mistake but the last three times I've gone there was no chicken so I won't go back to that Kentucky fried Chicken in Conway or maumelle. No stars is what they deserve
For years, this place has been good to eat at. Today was not a good day. I don't know if it's a lack of help or what. In a nut shell, we ordered 3 chicken tender meals...two 4 piece with fries, and a 3 piece with mashed taters no gravy, all with drinks. We each got a 7 piece, taters had gravy, fries were cold, but at least the drinks were good. We dined in and the wait was about 15-20 minutes to get our food. The chicken was overcooked and had 0 flavor. Never knew this was possible at KFC but apparently it is. There were several people waiting for food. One lady waited 25 minutes for turnovers. Very disappointed in the place. Used to be really good. Can't decide if I want to even try it again. It was that bad.
