Ice cream was awesome. But they were not cleaning the tables properly after people leave. And one of the guys working there had an attitude. He came to clean our table before we sat and left it all wet. He didn't even take a towel to dry. We did it ourselves. Customer service is crucial to people returning no matter how good the product is.
I got this sandwich free for my birthday for signing up for the rewards program. What a great deal. It was delicious and you can't complain about the price. Lol
Been amazing every time I go there. A little heavy on the vinaigrette but I am a sandwich guy, and they do a great job.
Lobby extremely was clean, the area where they cook not so much.. I paid for my Philly steak and waited.. I watched as they made my food.. The cook grilled my meat and right after it was finished he grabbed some raw meat with his gloves, tossed it on the grill and then he grabbed my bread and started trying to put my meat on it.. I told him that was cross contamination and the manager Dustin walked over and said that he would take over.. So mind you that Dustin also had on gloves but previously he had picked a receipt up off the floor, touch his phone and also cleaning the meat chopper.. He went over and grabbed another bread and I asked him to change his gloves.. I can tell he instantly got mad.. I told him the things that he’d touched and he argued with me.. He was angry and mocked me as well.. Long story short, I’ll be calling the health department Monday morning and also the BBB JUST TO TELL about MY EXPIERENCE!
best subs i have ever had. made fresh all ingredients are cut fresh when you order unlike other subs.. made to order goodness it's excellent...

What really needs to be said about jersey Mike's? Besides it is the ABSOLUTE BEST sandwich shop EVER. I have quit going to other sandwich shops because they are GROSS. That is not the case here at jersey Mike's they are always clean fresh and hot. Always amazing the staff alone is worth the visit.
Great food! Very friendly and courteous staff. Just wished we had one closer to home. We love that they are helping Special Olympics Arkansas for the National games! ❤️

From someone who has tried all the local franchised sub shops..this store is by far, leaps and bounds, better than the rest. The ingredients taste fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to really take an interest in the quality of food they put out to the customers. This is now my favorite sub sandwich store. I have tried 6 sandwiches before writing this review to be certain it wasn't a one time fluke of amazing taste and great staff. I won't be going to any of the other "fresh" sub stores. This Jersey Mike's Subs has earned an entire lifetime of business from me. Hopefully others will follow by word of mouth to try this shop. Hands down the best sandwich in town!!! I haven't been left unsatisfied by any of the 6 sandwiches yet. Favorites so far, the Big Kahuna Philly and the Original Italian. Fresh Grilled Meats made to order make the cheese steaks mouth watering and dying to come back for. Mike's, please keep this level of satisfaction up. The community in this city desperately needed, and should/will appreciate, the above and beyond attitude and bountiful flavors. Outstanding job, really!!!! Everyone should stop in and get a sandwich, you won't regret it! Fresh Done Right!!!
