My family and I went here today and I can genuinely say that the service over the years has gone from amazing to laughable. It took over almost an hour for us to receive our food after our orders were taken. The waitress never bothered to introduce herself or let us know that our food was going to take longer than expected. And just to be clear, we arrived, sat down, ordered our drinks and meal at around 10:30 am and we didn't receive our food until 11:30am just for us to still have to wait on the other half of one of the meals to arrive. I'd highly advise to anyone that they never dine here or order takeout. If you order takeout they can never see to manage to give you your entire order that you paid for.
Our food was SO good! I got the classic breakfast bowl with pancakes, and my kids got the New Mexico Chicken Burrito. A lot food for a great price!
Quick stop before heading home. Service was great. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was superb which was unexpected. It didn't taste like national chain food at all.
It would have been hirer. I liked the food hands down. But when I told the lady to keep the tip and I would tip the other person she said she would however she lied. And gave the tip to someone else.I have no problem with her not keeping the tip I had a problem with her being dishonest.Everything else was great.
We visited them around 9 in the morning and it's super crowded. The receptionist told us it'll be 10mins waiting list but we ended up waiting for 30mins. It's okay though. However I found the hash browns had a weird smell and my eggs are undercooked (I requested it to be well done). The waiter was actually nice to ask if we need for change, however we saw they were short on worker so it's okay. The pancake was good anyway and the waiter was super nice. I hope they can find more people to work for them so they can prepare the order more precisely. Overall I'll say it's an okay place. Fair price and portion. But don't expect too much. Cool place to hang out. Revisit? May be. If it's your first time there I'll recommend their sweet menu over their savory one (although I actually prefer savory food, but perhaps it's not their forte here).
We waited at a table for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. There was only two other tables in the restaurant and the wait staff was all in the kitchen having an inappropriate conversation. When one waiter finally did come out with food for another table the food was wrong for that table. He ended up walking past us three different times and never said anything to us. Another waitress came out of the kitchen and was serving food to a table on the other side of us. That food was wrong also. Nor did she ever try to talk to us or serve us. This restaurant really needs to get a better manager and staff.
i ordered A breakfast sampler with six bacon, chocolate chip pancakes, crispy hashbrowns, two scrambled eggs, and a hot chocolate and instead they sent me this! I also called them 11 times and nobody picked up so now i can’t get a refund or my correct order!
Great service and good food. Waitress was nice to my toddlers.
We stopped here on a road trip, and we are so glad we did. Amazing food! Kind of expensive to be honest but the food is so delicious, it's worth the money! My family and I got a variety of things and they were all amazing! The waitress was attentive and helpful as well. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience!
My expectations were met. I never expect quick service or good food. Not my choice and I wasn't paying. The staff was friendly and attentive. That got the second star.
