We ordered on the website thinking we could pick up at drive thru. NOPE...had to go in, no response at counter, no one acknowledged we had come in the door. Had to get our own drinks. My question is this: If we had driven up to the speaker and ordered we would have gotten the service of convenience with our order passed thru the window and drinks filled and given out window too. We are so surprised by this lack of customer service. Won't do it again.
Have had great service before and love the food. But this time I got custard first, before food, so it was melted. And they had zero concern for customers today. Also had something hard in my ice cream that didnt belong. Only giving it a 3 because of past experiences being good.
Can't go wrong with Freddy's. The Hawaiian delight is one of the best desserts I've ever had. I crave it. Great burgers and fries.
Food was good. Service was not with a smile and all but two to three tables had not been wiped down. I saw another customer wiping down their table as well, so it wasn't just me.
Not what I expected.The Steak Burger was that. A strip if thin meat on a plain hamburger bun. The hot dog was tasty and the bun was nicely toasted. Not at all impressed,tho....next time I will drive past instead of thru. ?
It was really good, but the burgers were a little too salty. But other than that it was good.
I had the most amazing experience for my first Freddy's visit!! The staff was awesome and amazing!!!!! Josh went above and beyond helping us with menu choices and then the cookie custard sandwich was like a mouth-gasam!! Freddy's made a great choice when they hired a sweetman like Josh!! Great job Team Freddy's!!!
I went there, end of day. If it was just me, I wouldn't complain. This food wasn't even for me. I honestly shouldn't even bother. But I want to let it be known that I ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger sandwich only. No onions, mustard, pickles. Add Lettuce, tomato, thousand island. And a fried chicken sandwich, plain, no bread. Here's what I got:California Double Style Cheese Burger no onions, and a Double Cheese Burger everything on it, no bread. Monumental mess up on the order. I'm the only person in my car. I can't just sit there in a busy drive through and go through my order to make sure that it's correct. It's not fair to the customers behind me, and frankly, it's not something that I should have to do.

Everything was great. The manager i believe his name was Josh was so respectful and made sure everything was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back
