If you didn't know they sale their pickle buckets. I have a few I love them. They smell great like pickles. FYI you can not get that smell out. I use them in my storm shelter to keep emergency supplies dry. I loved the King's Hawaiian sandwich but they don't have it anymore. I hope they bring it back some day. Till then I'll probably just eat at jimmy John's. But the food here has always been good.

They deserve it!!!I've been getting my subs from Firehouse, and ONLY from Firehouse for years now!!I love the Sammies and the pickles and the pickle buckets!I use those frequently as well.Today I had a personal battle to go or not to go to Firehouse for personal reasonsAnd the thoughts of having The pickle with my subFirehouse wonYet I leave and drive home 20mins away and NO PICKLE. Saddening trip!And the foreign older lady at register was obnoxious. They should see her down the river.
Rude people, not enough staff. Black tall lady acted like I was an inconvenience when I told her I was visually impaired. Do better at customer service.
I ordered on line hoping staff would actually read it and fix the sandwiches as requested. However, three of the four sandwiches were not made to our request, the sandwiches did taste good in spite of.
The sandwiches are awesome! Especially love the Engineer and the New York Steamer! My only complaint is one of the young ladies working behind the counter was rude. Especially when I asked to have the buns toasted when they just installed it after it was fixed. She was not very friendly. The only wearing the hat was super nice and friendly! Hopefully, the rude one learns from the sweet one! Bad attitudes is something we don’t need!
