My Ice cream cone had a piece of hair in it. They refused to give me money back. Told me the manager wasn't in so I couldn't get. I called the next day spoke with the manager she was rude and refused to refund me. Manager said cause I didn't bring it back up there. When I spoke with the employee she told me I could throw it away since I had pictures. Manager still refused. It's an unprofessional establishment.
Me and my buddy went here, and we took our first bite and all we could taste was rubber. It tasted like you were eating a tire from a local tire shop. It was so chewy and do not recommend!!
Ice cream is amazing, as is most of their menu - this isn't about the food. Be weary when asking for your receipt. My sister had her hands full (holding my nephew/bag etc) and cold stone (the woman at cashier) took advantage of this situation and tipped herself 6 dollars when my sister was struggling with her hands. I understand that today society is hard (everything is expensive), but to hide and throw the receipt away and not verbally ask my sister for a tip, but to take advantage of her and then hide it? It's enough to keep me from going back.
Cold stone is pricy so I don’t go often. Today I decided I really wanted some so I went and ordered a medium. When I got to my car I felt my ice cream shifting around and proceeded to pull a small cup from within the medium cup. I checked my receipt and I had indeed payed for the bigger serving. I went back in and they simply plopped a little bit more ice cream on top. I was very dissatisfied with my visit and would not recommend.
Friendly staff. Great ice cream but only in moderation. Too sweet for my tastes.
It was good. I deducted a star for the giant black hair that looked like it came out of a wig. I get shedding and hair falls out. It was just a minor issue to me. The girls working in there were just kids. I'm not ruining someone's night with something that happens.
This Cold Stone was so good! First time for the kids and the great employees let us try lots of samples and helped make it a fun experience! Highly recommend!!
We are from out of town. We do not have a Cold Stone Creamery local, and I really wanted to try the ice cream. I ordered a large founder's choice in a waffle cone. We got in the car and headed home. About 5 miles down the road, I took another bite and felt something pull off the spoon. I turned on the light in the car, and a very long hair was stuck in the ice cream. Gross!!! I had to hold the cone until we could get to an exit off the interstate and find somewhere to throw a VERY EXPENSIVE ice cream away. Maybe hair nets should be a requirement!!
Great store, great cream and great staff!!! Tried many and the staff was more than willing to help throughout!
