They are under new owners and management. I ate there yesterday and food and service was great. I’ll definitely be back.

My son picked up our food and used my debit card. The rice was bland, the beans were bland, the salsa was like red water, the guacamole was bland. The chili verde was okay. The price would have been reasonable except for the fact they overcharged me $5 for the food. When I discovered this, we called them 3 or 4 times and got the runaround. The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. They insisted on a receipt, which I had not saved because I wasn't expecting to be overcharged and they wanted us to drive all the way there to credit my debit card. With gasoline nearly $5 a gallon, it would be a waste of time and money. We showed them the charge from my bank account with their company's name and the charge. My son even drove back over there and they told him we'd have to talk to the manager still and he was not there when they said he'd be. Steer clear of Chivos Locos in Conway. They will rip you off, not own up to their mistakes, and the food isn't that good anyway.
I went to chivos locos tonight and ordered $86.00 worth of food… I didn’t receive my loco dip.. the steak was super dry, the tortillas , the quesobirria, and my steak chimichanga tasted like cleaning water inside and out.. I also asked for steak and chicken chimichanga but I didn’t receive any shrimp at all.. so I paid extra for food that I didn’t get.... they were sweet individuals but the food was not the best.. definitely overhyped and not worth it.. shouldve stuck with serranos!!
Do not waste your time here. I should have been smart and read the reviews before placing an online order because now I'm out $12.I ordered Nachos, all the meat was ice cold & no cheese sauce whatsoever. I went to go back inside to ask for extra cheese sauce and the lady LOCKED the door behind me right after I left. Why would they lock the door at 12:30 on a weekday?! Tried calling and of course no answer. Will definitely not be back. I should have known when I pulled up during lunch time and not a single car was in the parking lot. I'm sure this place will be shut down soon.
HORRIFIC!!!!! If you might want to get takeout here, DO NOT! It all comes in a styrofoam gas station containers, it is like the SLUNG everything in, and 3 of my items were missing. EVERYTHING and I mean everything; tasted AWFUL! Even the salsa was HOT. Not spicy hot, like warmed up hot. This is the worst place ever, if I could give it 0 stars; I would!!
It's the old building that los tres was in. All I got to say is the free pool tables are okay, if you like crooked pool sticks and some tables don't even have holes. So yea it's cheap. Also if you're looking for a drink after midnight and would like decent service, don't come here. I was literally told that they called last call early and they're only serving to friends and family. Of a Mexican restaurant.....so if you're not friends or family, this is NOT the place to go later in the evening. Folks that were "friends and family" walked in after I did with some others and were served after we were told no. Do not have high expectations walking in. I will not be back. This was at 1230. They close at 2. "Allegedly"
Beans & rice were not warm, enchiladas were a little warm. Had to ask for chips & salsa when our meal was delivered because never served when we sat down. The ice tea was good & served in a frosty mug. We were the only customers at noon on a Friday - now I understand why. We like to support local business but will not be back.
The staff are very friendly , great environment to play pool or casual drinking . Food is also very good . 10/10 place , highly recommend for young and older people
