I had the burrito bowl. This bowl was the best one I had yet. Fast and friendly and fresh.
Ordered a Burrito bowl-what I received was wet Sofritas..Not even a dang fork was delivered!
The staff was mostly nice (the female at the front of the line rushed us). They were very understanding after we explained we'd never been there (except for the first person mentioned above). Everyone enjoyed their food, even our picky sensory processing kiddo who struggles to find things to eat.
My review disappeared somehow. Interesting. First time I went they made me re-order what I ordered in the app saying their systems are down. They barely gave me anything in the bowl -- less than in a burrito. I ordered a 2nd time and they didn't really put the extras I asked for and barely put any salsa in my burrito. I ordered a third time just now and it was mostly rice and even then they made it really small, to the point that the tortilla almost met itself when folder towards the center of the burrito. They put a few strands of lettuce, a few strands of fajita peppers and onions, a few tablespoons of carnitas, no salsa, no cheese and a cup and a half of rice. I don't know why they did this because I ordered all normal amounts of each thing. Total rip off. Go to Moe's -- not only are the prices better and you get chips and salsa included with each order, the rewards are better and they have a special deal every Monday. Even when Chipotle gives you the full sized portions, Moe's is a better deal.
Today I ordered a burrito with the new pollo asado, only to receive a burrito roughly 1/2 the size it usually is. Flavor: bland, service: poor, unfriendly and rude. They need to hire better help or just better train their employees. Way overpriced for what you get.
I ordered a “double pollo asado” bowl. I’m located in Russelllville… my dad was swinging by Conway on his way back from running errands. I asked him to pick it up for me - I ordered through my app. When I get home to open the meal - the chicken portion wasn’t even a enough for it to be considered a single. I payed for double. It’s so frustrating- I’m like 1 hour away!! How can you make it right??!!!
Good food, fast service. I wanted a burrito and SIL got hers in a bowl. Burrito was a mess! Tasted good but too messy. it's a bowl for me next time!
The food is awesome, very fresh and flavorful and the workers are quick and friendly. On the expensive side though, for three people (we each orded order the bowl) the cost was almost $40.
I ordered this thru a delivery app and have been sent through the ringer. Cannot get ahold of the restaurant to see if they have the rest of my order. And i spent a lot of money on this. This a mess up on both sides and i know for a fact their burritos are twice the size of what I received. $75 spent and this is what i got. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend
Came in and placed an order, brought it home and realized we got half of what a usual Chipotle sided order is. I was a little irrittated, but after talking to the manager Gino, he made everything right! He gave us both a free bowl to make up for what happened, and his attitude about everything was just the icing on the cake! Huge shoutout to Gino for being so great!
