We had a great lunch today my son did the pic 3 and I had the shrimp tacos side salad and streat corn. His appetizer took a little longer than it should but we didn't care but the manager came over an apologized. We said it was okay but they gave us a free slice of cheesecake. It was really good

Okay so Chili's has been going downhill for a long time now and you can only blame management and last night I think did it for me because I could see back in the food prep area where I was sitting and when you see people vaping and blowing the smoke out right where your food is that's definitely a big turn-off because you know Vape smoke blows out water molecules. I'm sure the general manager is a nice guy and I know he's been there for at least 10 years but sometimes it's just time to MAKE BIG CHANGES and get ALL NEW MANAGMENT!!

The food was good but the service was better! Never have I met such a wonderful waitress!! Aimee filled my stomach but moreover my heart with her loveliness!!! She is the best server this side of the Mississippi. I would eat at Chilis everyday, all day, if she was the one waiting on me. Aimee puts the spice in the Chili ? Just to see her smile would be enough. She lights up the place more than the sun. Aimee exudes warmth and sweet sunshine to this growing planet. She brings the restaurants’ stars into the galaxy and I’m lost in space ? Please marry me again!
I dined at the Conway Chili's on April 16 around 3:00. When my party of 3 arrived we were informed that it would be about 15-20 minute wait while they figured out their wait staff situation, 5 minutes later we were seated. Our waitress seem to be waiting on the entire right side of the restaurant, yet was still attentive and kept our drinks refilled. When the food arrived it was fresh and flavorful and exactly what we asked for. Was a pleasant experience and will be back again.
We got the darkest table in the place, my wife had to use the phone flashlight to read the menu. Server was busy and forgot our silverware and napkins. The food was ok and the chicken crispers my wife had we chewy and almost flavorless except for the salt. My mistake choosing to eat here, pricey, busy and don't look in the kitchen if you go to bathroom it looked like a OSHA violation.
Excellent service at the bar for lunch! Bloody Mary, extra salt and a handful of olives instead of celery. Yum!
Favorite place for years! Queso, old timer, and presidente margaritas! There is a big variety on menu. Wait staff is always very helpful. If something is wrong with the order it is took care of quickly. Variety of drinks also. Usually don't have to wait long. If they are busy.
