Service was quick as expected, but I got to the suace station and was bewildered by the racist remarks from the sauce attendant (this was on 7.16.22 around 1:15pm). At first she complimented my hair which was nice of her. Then I asked for some Polynesian and Chick-fil-a sauce. She then made a comment that "I don't speak Polynesian, this is America." I then got my sauce and she said "Be sure to tell whoever got the sauce that this is America not Polynesia."This is a direct racial comment which she only felt comfortable saying to me, because I am white. Please ensure that your employees keep their racist comments to themselves, or even better, educate themselves on why that is wrong.
Well, I'd personally give no stars because an employee sitting behind us on the phone talking oh us black people don't do that but most definitely white people do. While we are sitting in front of the employee. Made it very uncomfortable and awkward. Even other employees heard this being said and were like oh no why did she say that.
Love the restaurant. Love the customer service. Love the flavor. But not so much the price these days. So I eat at home. Groceries are expensive enough. No need to spend it on fast food. Even when it's good. Now we buy a kids meal let them eat and play for 2 to 3 hrs while the wife and I talk and gaze into each other's eyes. It make one of the cheapest day cares on the planet. Provided you stay and supervise.
Took forever to get a peach milkshake. Had to go park?!? It's a milkshake. Service is starting to be terrible and you can see at least 10 people inside working on the order. Not to mention expensive. Didn't mind paying when the service was fast. But these kids were slow.
Went inside to sit down and eat and had to go up to front to get them to pack it to go because I waited over 10 mins. This was around 2:15 pm. There wasn't any line when I walked in and I stood there for 6 or 7 mins before my order was even taken then I waited 10 mins before I had to have them pack it to go. There was maybe 3 cars in drive thru. Love the food but service today wasn't up to snuff
While the food was okay the service was awful. It took three tries for the guy taking our order to get it right. Then, one of the girls maning the drive-thru window asked for the name on our order multiple times; even then, she still gave us the wrong order. Thankfully we always check our food before driving away and were able to catch the mistake.
Pretty sure we were the first order of the morning today after memorial day weekend. Got out early to get a nice breakfast and hit the lake once we got to the lake we realized we got the wrong food there was literally me and one other vehicle in line. Now usually this really wouldn't be a big deal but see my Girlfriend has this thing where she can not just wait until after the lake to go back to chikfila...so what do we do? We drive aaaallllll the way back to Chikfila to get the right food because my little moster HAS to have an Egg White Grill. I felt like since they messed up they could have maybe hooked up a drink so I asked for a frosted coffee and she said "like pay for it?" So I said suree lol. It was quite the experience definitely not the normal chikfila high standard of customer service you normally recieve. We did make it to the lake and she was happy with her little egg white grill though thank you for that part.
Wonderful staff always so kind. Love the manager.
They gave us nuggets instead of minis this morning. I took them in and they happily fixed it. My only issue is when we opened the minis to eat them, they just seemed thrown together. And the nuggets inside the rolls were so tiny. They tasted amazing as usual just a little disappointed.
Did a mobile order and expected to wait due to the line, but we were pleasantly surprised! Mobile order is the way to go for this location. The line is always a mile long for the drive thru.
