Great place to take the kids to play in the summer. I also love the food because it's made with much more whole ingredients compared to other "chicken" places. Plus, it's delicious. They also offer healthy options.

Best location in Conway, as always Chick-Fil-A has a very high standard for what they deliver as a product. This location is no different, great food, staff, and extremely quick.

I get breakfast here once a week. Above average compared to other fast food breakfast (their lunch is good too). I recommend trying a Greek yogurt parfait for the side. I miss the multigrain bagels they used to have though.
This location is always busy but the fo such a good job getting your order and through the libe in drive through. Line is always long that alone should tell you about the food!
Update 3/21/22: They consistently give regular instead of spicy sandwiches. Spicy ones cost more and we should receive what we order. Also a "chicken strip" that is 25% larger than a nugget isn't a chicken strip. Downed to 2/5.Update 1/15/22: A couple weeks ago they gave me regular instead of spicy deluxe sandwiches. I gave feedback to ChickFila and they gave me a free dessert, free sandwich and free side to replace the 2 sandwiches they messed up. Now today I went by and they made me go park and wait because they specifically told me they need more time on the spicy fillets. When I got the order, the fries were dry and had no salt at all and both sandwiches were regular instead of spicy. Seems to be a recurring issue here that they are messing it up lately. They have overall still been pretty consistently good so I'm keeping it at 3/5 for now.. but if they continue I have to lower it to 1 or 2 out of 5. If that happens I'd go here less because it's the main reason I was going here so often -- other places usually mess up the orders here.Update 10/4/21: took forever this time.. about 20 minutes in drive through. They gave me the wrong soda.Update 3/2/21: Not sure what's going on lately. Tried the parfait first time ever and it had 0 granola in it. Sandwiches just didn't seem the same, either.Update 2/12/21: Usually go by and leave review at 5 stars but today was really bad. Didn't give me a straw with my order and I found several impossible to chew pieces of bacon. It was like a hard toothpick was stuck inside various parts of the bacon. Thin, unchewable pieces. Not sure what went wrong this time. Usually they do a great job and don't mess up anything.Always do a great job. Last time I went, they forgot to include the cookie I decided to try. I parked in a space right after leaving the drive-through and called them to report the issue. They didn't even bother asking what I ordered, what my name was or any information to confirm I actually ordered it. Maybe they remembered, but I don't know because it was pretty busy and I could have been anyone. Plus, they were very busy.They told me to park at the front door and they would bring one out to me. They were VERY apologetic. When they came to my car they actually told me they were giving me an extra one due to the mistake. This is how customer service is done!I also like that they don't try to promote any religion or use religious terms when you go there, despite the obvious religious leaning of the company. I like when a business remains neutral in their interactions with you. I don't need to be told about "our savior" or "black lives matter". Just sell me my food and move on!
