We go here often and are always happy and full when we leave. I've only had one problem, and that was my chicken Caesar salad came out wrong, but the waiter was amiable and got the manager to come to my table right away. She offered to have it remade at no extra charge, and it came out perfect! Everything tasted amazing, and we will most definitely be back for more!
They have a regular sit down area and a closed off bar section. Both areas are very nice. They have hired a lot of staff and have been very good about service. If they ever forget something. They are quick to fix it. Food and service here is excellent!
We walked across the street from our motel to this restaurant. It was a very nice experience. Our young waitress was very good;, and very sweet and friendly There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed our meals.. Girls shared Cheese cake which they said was the Best.
Mason and Amber were absolute Champs in their work 10/10 very attentive and attention to detail, loved Amber's incredible attitude and Mason was working hard to get things done, loved my experience with my date! Also food was fantastic ? ?
Don't ever go to the one in Benton because the service and food have gone way downhill so it's nice to know other locations are still good. Def will go back to this one! Loaded potato wedges, honey BBQ, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, carolina reaper, and mango habanero boneless wings!
Wings are of adequate size. None of my sauced wings had dry spots so I was pleased with that. Food came out hot and fresh. Wait time was 20 minutes for a to go order placed on the app. Not bad for a busy place.
Great food and amazing service. Caitlyn was my server and she was extremely helpful with menu items as well as making sure the bar received my drink order. She was friendly, personable, and made my experience amazing! ? Can’t wait to go back!
First time here. The food was good and the service was great. Denise was our server. She was absolutely great. Very polite and tentative. Suggested specific appetizers, sides and dessert. If you are stopping by make sure to ask for Denise!
We dined in on a Sunday late afternoon. I asked how long a wait approximately there was for food and was told 15 minutes. We waited over 30 to order and almost an hour and a half for our food. One in our party had to leave for work. It was a painfully long wait ..drink orders weren't brought in a timely fashion (we had to find our waitress after 15 minutes to ask again). All in all the food was good but the wait was far too long and the service left a bit to be desired.
So I frequent this restaurant at least a few times a month. Food is always good hot,and prompt for the most part. Really no issues to name. But what id really like to mention is the service...I've always been treated like they care about the customer and any concerns they may have,and always been treated with kindness and a smile. Here my last few trips at this particular restaurant I have been met by Kenzie,or Emily. These two young ladies are awesome to say the least. Very professional and the sweetest ever to boot. Thanks to all the staff for making my experiences at B-Dubs great,but an extra thanks to those two in particular! Thank you for allowing me to have a better blazin' experience. See ya soon!
