The order was delicious. Very large menu but super easy to navigate to find something for everyone's taste. Nice cold treat that is great for a hot day.
We drove a distance just to get Andy’s because we love the ice cream. But…. When we order a large (always a Ozark Turtle Sundae) we only get our cups filled to barely over a half . Theses pictures are from 5/8/22 . We took my mother n law who had never been there for a Mother’s Day treat . We didn’t even get cherries on top. Please correct!!!
First time trying Andy's. Wonderful treat! Employee got frustrated and rolled his eyes because my husband asked for extra napkins for my 3 year old daughter.Update: because of previous review I left, I was contacted by the manager who gave sincere apology and offered me another free cone with all the napkins I could ask for lol. I was very pleased with how he handled the situation. I have now given them 5 stars instead of the previous 3.
So I will share details. My sons have Autism and they love love love Ice cream cones! One day we went to McDonald across the street and their machine was broken. I saw the Andy's across the street and the rest is history. They don't even ask for ice cream anymore. The ask for Andy.
Awesome service! However, they can start putting caps on their ice cream orders because they do melt extremely fast and get messy. Putting a cap on their orders will prevent the ice cream from dripping all over the place, and would be very helpful.

We drive all the way from Little Rock Midtown, just for Andy's. The JFK location in North Little Rock is much harder to get to. It's always a special treat to look forward to. There were 6 in our party and no one was disappointed. We had a 6 year old with us and she always enjoys it. I saw some coloring sheets through the window and asked for a few. The employees were kind enough to hand me some.
Seriously the best custard I've ever had!!! The large is pretty big, so bring your appetite.
It was definitely delicious for its price. Friendly faces and good service.
Highly recommend the Jitterbug concrete... espresso, Heath bar, almonds, and vanilla custard. So good!!
