Quality of the wings depends on how expensive chicken is in the market. Sometimes you can go in and get big juicy wings, other's you'll get small popper wings.Doesn't stay open during snow/ice. Staff have have never been rude. Great flavors, turnaround time 15-45 minutes for your wings depending on staffing.
I want to love this place but I don't, at all. The ranch is exceptional, I can say that! The wings are decent, albeit some flavors can be over salty. The fries are always very salty but I love that! Lol my wife does not. The thing that kills it for me is the price. I've never, not once in the dozen times I've eaten here been satisfied and not felt shafted. If you don't mind paying $1.75 per average tasting wings go ahead. I just can't seem to find a place that makes decent wings around here without charging an arm and a leg. Also, the staff tend to ignore people who come in as if they have any clue what to do when there is 2 people behind the counter but only one register and so they just stand there awkwardly lol seen it many times ?
Staff was extremely rude and vulgar, yelling obscenities in the kitchen while several customers waited for food, all while not managing to assist a single one of them. They were more interested in what "after work" activities they planned to do to someone, complete with a full description and gyrating motions while beat boxing on the soda case. I used to order from here every other weekend. It's been going down hill the past 2 years and it's officially under the hill at this point.
Taste was average!Employees were very rude , not at friendly!They have messed up my order by including both the varieties in one box.
My daughter ordered us a nice dinner through door dash with her hard earned money. We have ordered Wing Stop many times and it’s always been really good, not this time. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders had nothing on them, just plain. The fries were cut as big wedge fries that were not cooked and were hard. I also found a hair on my fries. When I called and spoke with management they said they weren’t responsible for anything door dash is responsible. Door dash didn’t cook our food.
Wife got take-out from this Bentoville location. For starters the wait time was 25 minutes for a small order, secondly the staff at the register was condensing and rude when she asked to make sure 3 ranch were added to the order. When my wife tried calling their attention to make sure, she was blatantly ignored followed by a "what do you need" once she was finally acknowledged. When we got home the fries were completely cold and stale, those fries had been sitting there for hours and still they thought were good enough to serve. Wing Stop is a good place to eat, but skip on this location, not worth your time and money.
I honestly love coming to wingstop but this location is also going downhill.I hate how poor management is getting the best of these paces.Restroom are disgusting.Customer service is the same.Floors are Litterally sticky where they dont ever get mopped.We had to clean out own table.The picture attached is the employees sitting around on a dining table talking.I can hear the conversation all way to my table.They get up to take your order and sit down.Sad to see this location close soon.
Honestly this location is pure trash. The worst wingstop I've ever been to. The food was bland. The ranch tasted weird and the fries were just.. awful. I will never eat here again. Save yourself the money and headache and go to the Fayetteville location.
Need new management and employees. Been coming here for years and its always been good till this visit. all employees are standing around acting like there hating there life. Been sitting next to trash all over lobby floors and all employees are standing and looking at the wall. When checking out could here a couple employees in back dropping the F bomb multiple times. But the food was still really good
I was delivering food for door dash today and got an order for this restaurant. When I walked in, no one acknowledged I was there or asked if I needed help. Once I got someone’s attention, they said the order I was there to pick up wasn’t supposed to be ready for another 30 minutes and told me to go outside. I asked them to go ahead and make the order because the customer wanted it now and they stormed off and began slamming stuff around. They then said “It will be at least 30 minutes so go back outside.” and mocked me as I was walking out. Terrible customer service—do not recommend this location.
