So apparently when you use the app there's nothing the store can do if theyve messed up your order by way if refund or anything really. so I not only submitted a complaint via the app - never got a call back. I attempted to contact them via phone & chat where I sat on hold indefinitely for over an hour! I will no longer get be going to Wendy's or using their app- this is a j
I just recently started eating at Wendy's after a long stretch of thinking I didn't care for it. I have been going many times. The food is always hot and good. The staff is polite and efficient.
Drive through was very fast and everything was hot and fresh and friendly people at the drive-thru
This location is normally very good. However on this last vist I ordered four (3) meals and there drinks all tasted as if they had no syrup and their French fries were so salty you could not eat them.
The store manager was working the drive through. Got a HOT Dave's Triple with cheese. Crunchy fresh lettuce, and melted cheese on each layer. It was very pleasing.
Food was good and they offered pup cups for my three dogs, they usually don't get things as such, younger guy in drive thru was friendly.
Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and arrived for curbside pickup only to wait for 10 minutes before I finally came in just to have them say they weren’t processing any mobile orders. No apologies.
I'm from Missouri and the Wendy's here doesn't even compare I feel like I'm having a new restaurant. It was actually really fire. Everyone is actually happy in there and very helpful
Slow moving, fries were over cooked. Bacon was over cooked.
Just had a Frosty. For those of you who have never had one, it is a shake (thick like softserve) that is eaten with a spoon. Comes in 2 flavors...vanilla and chocolate. ? Yum.
