This Taco Bell on 14th Street is Abit bipolar (not to disrespect anyone) the staff I interact with are always very nice which is a major plus compared to other Taco bells, yet; the problem comes up when finished product is received. One order will be missing entire products and toppings one day (it is worse when ordered for delivery, we almost never receive our full order and extra toppings aren't worth paying for because they will not be included with the delivery, this is has proven costly). However, when picked up in person they have improved over time and I hope they keep it up. I do check everything before I leave best I can and it has been coming out good lately. regardless of the mishaps that happen this Taco Bell is currently the most reliable in the area and my go-to when I do have a craving. Side note: I usually buy for family and kids so when items are missing this not just my problem but an inconvenience for many.
Order by kiosk only, employees ignored us when we had trouble with an item in the kiosk. There was an employee's Vape device on the counter and they stepped around the the corner to the back to use it, inside. Ordered a slushie, only one flavor on kiosk while three flavors were visible. Employee rude when asked to change flavor. Employee acted like we were trying to pull one over on them when we asked for our drink cups for the combos. Really poor showing taco bell.
Went by there Friday night, I had ordered on the app, waited over an hour in line to find out they were out of Beef... There were at least 10 cars behind us. If you were out of Beef why did you let me order, take my money, and make us wait a freaking HOUR to be told there's NOTHING they can do.. You're open until 4am. . . What the heck were you going to do until 4AM?!? Wasn't offered anything to exchange it, I was actually told by the guy working the speaker "He was gonna let me in on a little secret, they only have 3 people working and went on a rant" Again, NOT the issue... Then a manager "Dashawn" (If you'd call him that) took over to still not offer anything in exchange for the items that had beef, That I can just cancel my order on the app.. Which clearly we tried to do well before we got to the window because of the line. Then they marked my order that we picked it up?!? WHAAAAT.. We couldn't get our 41 DOLLAR ORDER because TACO BELL WAS OUT OF BEEF!!! Still NO REFUND and NEVER got our food! Whoever owns this location should be EMBARRASSED for your lack of customer service, your poorly managed employees, and stealing from your customers! Good luck calling the customer service #, No one answers the line.** Don't waste your time OR money at this location**
I have never had issues except when they run out of Baja blast. The pricing is getting a bit high. I can go to an actual restaurant for the same price or better. We spent 50.00+ to feed four. It was something I normally spend around 30 to 35 when we go to fast food. It wasn't bad quality, and very quick. It was just not on the same caliber of a dine in establishment.
If you have to run, make a run for the border ! Always great service and you can't go wrong with there wide variety of tacos.
This location has always been great. The other one across town on Walton is garbage.This store here is always fast, friendly, and gets my order correct EVERY time. Employees are always nice and professional. The store manager here runs a great crew and seems super dedicated to making things run smoothly. Which it always does. Thanks
Their new dollar menu is pretty good, but they have some fairly dim witted people working there. Getting service at the front register is nearly like pulling teeth.
Few times I've been there and they got me in and out fairly quick.good service for a fast food place
This location is difficult to get in and out of during high traffic times but they are fast, efficient and very friendly. Never had a problem with incorrect orders, with dietary restrictions, that is extremely important for me.
They have went downhill, they get all the orders wrong and everytime I go there they are always out of the slushes I want. They have terrible service. They wouldn't be soo bad if they would get orders right. I've worked in fast food and it's not that hard to get food out right.
