I wish I could give this location negative stars. This is THE WORST Taco Bell on the planet!! This is the last time I’ll ever go there. One night I ordered 2 tacos. It literally looked like they pounded them with a fist. They were smashed and broken. One night the beans were crunchy in the burritos, completely inedible. Tonight I ordered 2 chalupas and the chalupas were hard and stale. Like a rock. So disgusting. The food that comes out if this place is appalling. If I were the manager there, I’d be ashamed.
The kiosks are my new favorite way to order. Everything is so simplified and easy to navigate through. The fact that in the top right corner you can turn on vegetarian options is one of the most epic features. I hope to see this exact kiosk and software in other fast food places. You can substitute with ease and best part it's a win win for the employees and us! Employees can go about not having to talk to us annoying customers and continue being productive and we the customer can see exactly what we are ordering so no mistakes are accidently misheard. Hope Taco Bell sells these to other corps >,< Share the magic of no customer contact lol
I’m an ex-employee. And let me tell you, I’m sad to say the bad reviews are true. I wish I could have helped some of them, but I couldn’t. And the way the customers get treated? The employees get even less respect. When you hear us talking bad about the management, it’s because it’s THAT BAD. They put health at the LAST spot of importance!
I like this Taco Bell because the food is warm when I get home, and the staff is nice and friendly. The prices have gone up so much at Taco Bell, and they have dropped so many items, we are definitely eating there less. It’s be become an expensive restaurant. I’m sure someone will blame it on covid, but there are farmers with cattle and crops in the US. Handicap accessible
THESE WORKERS DO NOT PAY ATTENTION AT. ALL. Let me tell you a story, one day, I decided to have Taco Bell, I’d been craving it for a long time. I pulled up the driveway, and uttered these specific words: “can I get 3 tacos WITHOUT CHEESE”. I got my food, then arrived home, and when I open my tacos, I was HORRIFIED. The smell of cheese hit my like a train, the yellow becomes the only thing filling my vision. Tears started to form “no….” I breathed “no…. This can’t be…” they. Put. Cheese. when I said, and I quote “NO CHEESE” I will NOT be coming back until these workers learn how to have the attention span higher than an animal cracker. Thank you and goodbye.
i ordered a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce and this is what they gave me! i give them props for getting the no lettuce right but WHAT!!! also they were talking bad about their manager the whole time i was there!

Finally, my order was exactly how my stomach demanded my brain make my mouth ask for it. I asked, and I shall receive at least one perfect fast food order. It’s like winning something when you’ve never won anything in your life. I’m now an avid Taco Bell drive-through gambling addict. My life will soon spiral out of control. Here’s an insiders tip: never gamble on the beef, you will always lose.
Ordered the crispy chicken cantina box. There was not a visible picture on the menu of what was included at the drive through speaker. Husband does not like sour cream or tomatoes so we asked for it not to be included. Drive thru employee seemed confused about which items had those ingredients.Waited 20 min in line for our food to be cold. Drove 10 min home, neither box was marked. Both boxes had tomatoes on the chalupa and sour cream was on the burrito. Half the box was completely inedible for my husband. The rest was picked through because everything was cold. Will not be returning to this location.
Fast service , needed food fast for the kids so stopped here, I don't usually do fast food but the family wasn't disappointed. I cant eat from here due to my celiacs disease but I had a iced coffee and it was yummy
