For three weeks after I arrived in town this store sold me weighed 1 pound Decafe Expresso. The last time I was told the store does not do that?
Haven't been to Starbucks in a very long time. The drink was amazing and service was good. I really should visit more often
It's a normal Starbucks.Mainly pretentious business people sitting inside, drinking over priced sugar drinks. Starbucks is a good place in terms of helping these people feel more important than they actually are.
always get my orders correct, staff was always very nice and interesting. so i started working there!
Terrible service. Didn’t correct the order. Employees were talking about us because we told them they got our drink size wrong. Still gave us the wrongs drinks even after we corrected them. Just a really bad experience. Will not be going back
I give them a one star because they do not enforce the law.. they allow the people in the drive thru to block the handicap parking spaces. It is illegal to block these spaces. It is the property owners responsibility to make sure these spaces are not only available but accessible… so by allowing them to be blocked they are in violation of the law .ok my rant is over
Placed an online order for cups that appeared to be in stock, only to find out they weren't. Scott stepped in and went above and beyond to take care of the situation when Starbucks Corporate wouldn't. Thank you Scott!
I can't brag on this place enough!!! I go there daily and everyone is so friendly!!! I love Starbucks (every Starbucks) but this one, I feel like they go the extra mile. I know I'm very picky when it comes to my coffee but these guys get it perfect almost every time. I've worked restaurant management quite a bit through my life and I know to have a crew that good they must have excellent management that treats their employees good. Ordered a medium iced green matcha but they didn’t fill the cup.. it’s filled almost halfway and the rest of it is foam
They always get the order right, and always seem to be able to get through the line quickly, even when busy. Great coffee!
