This location is pretty good. They used to be better..past month or two it's been really chaotic and longer wait times in the drive through. But most employees are still nice and I just come prepared for a 15ish minute wait. Used to seem so fast even with a long line!
There was a drink i didn't like. Granted you can't like everything, everyone has different tastes. I went up and asked if i could have something else Micheal so kindly suggested a wonderful coffee. And he brought it to me. Great worker! Needs a raise for sure.
Love this Starbucks. Employees are pleasant and efficient. Was trying to branch out and try something new and Lee was authentically kind and very gracious and patient with all of my questions. Will be back!
Just got done ordering and I even shared the picture of what was supposed to be in the drink and on top. I told the guy I wanted strawberry and Carmel drizzle and a couple of others things for the drink. I didn't get the Carmel drizzle and u can tell they didn't add what I told him in the drink. I'm really annoyed by this. I could tell that the guy didn't even care what I was saying.
Friendly staff. Not too crowded usually. Always clean.

Had been to Starbucks Centerton locationStaff services are good and response to customer queries is good.I always like a drive-through because it’s very very fast and convenient and it saves a lot of timeThey served hot coffee and it is tasty. Starbucks is the best!And I know as a person who used to buy from Starbucks all the time, at least they didn't used to charge you for a cup of water and raw sugar, just don't be stupid about it.Still they have a secret frap that tastes like captain Crunch. Ugh strawberry Frappuccinooz.
Every time I come here, something's just off about this location. I wish it was better because it's the closest to home but it's just not. Always an issue with something.
