Very accessible and easy to get in and out. All staff are friendly and swift to answer any questions. My only criticism is that there are a few times that my order is messed up (Ex. Missing salad) but good overall. Amazing fries.
Never had a bad experience at slims until trying this location. Service was slow, food was mediocre, and order was incorrect. The double window situation is not well thought out. The windows are so close together they can’t actually service 2 cars at once.Visited again and another bad experience. Fries had zero seasoning and were either under cooked or very old, didn’t have that normal crisp. So strange, in all the years I’ve been eating slims I have never had a bad meal. 2 visits to the new location and both terrible.3rd and last try. I have yet to get a correct order or have an employee that was pleasant. I don’t know what it is about the area in and around centerton, but every chain restaurant is the worst version of itself. Slims is no different. Very convenient for distance from my house but not worth spending $20 on lunch for my wife and I just to be angry about the entire experience.
I ordered only the chicken club sandwich on the drive thru and after paying I was waiting in the pick window for 20 mins and the person on the window closed the window and went away. See people were given their order on the pay window itself who ordered after me.. after 20 mins a lady opened the window and gave the sandwich and it was very cold. Never seen the sandwich that cold and it looks like they refrigerate it.. Cheese doesn't look good and so I have no choice other that throwing it away.. I doubt on the guy who is in the pay window did something and made me to wait and given a old sandwich.
This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. The food is almost always wrong or old and the people are miserable. Going through the drive thru I just had someone not speak a word to me and he continuously stuck his nose in the air as he handed me food and drinks. Like intentionally looked up and away from me as he handed me my stuff, as if I was dealing with a pre-teen little girl. Not a SINGLE WORD spoken to me! Once I got my food I said y’all shouldn’t be putting salads under boxes of hot food and he started laughing and rolled his eyes and shut the window. What a joke. Then I asked to speak to the manager because of his attitude and that jerk was just as condescending. Yikes, y’all need to give your employees some tact training. Here’s a tip: don’t work in the service industry if you’re going to be a snooty a** and you don’t know how to speak to folks. We will never give this place our money again.
One of the worst drive through experiences I've ever had. Ordered my food, and was asked to pull into spot #2. After 20 minutes I finally went inside to be told, "we couldn't find you" as they pulled a bag off a rack. We were the only car in the pick-up spots. Then, after I asked if the food had been sitting there the whole time, I was told "It should be fine". When we got home (less than a 3 min drive) the food was cold and the wraps has 2 little pieces of chicken. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this Slim Chickens.
The absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. I waited there for over 30 minutes. They dropped my bag of food they said and made me wait another 15 minutes then had the audacity to bring my food out cold and missing things. Save your money and don’t waste it on this food.
I have now visited this location 5 times, twice during opening week and some more times since. I went again tonight though (and this was my final chance for this restaurant) and my chicken was burned YET AGAIN. FOR THE FIFTH TIME IN A ROW. I LITERALLY CANNOT CHEW THROUGH THE CHICKEN FROM HOW TENDER AND OVERCOOKED IT IS. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Sick of wasting my money here, and the other reviews are correct about this location taking forever to do literally ANYTHING. It was 10:45pm last week and I saw there was nobody in the drive thru line so i hopped in, after ordering it still took me 9 minutes to get my food. And again, I was the only car in the drive thru. I had high hopes for this place, given that the only other thing to eat from off SW Regional is the Mcdonalds.
i was so excited for this location to open since it’s 5 minutes from my house! i’ve been here multiple times, some times the service is quicker- sometimes it’s a decent wait usually with the same amount of people in the line consistently. the crew is friendly but it’s very obvious no one really knows what’s going on. out of the multiple times i’ve been to this location they have never gotten my order correct. i have never left without some sort of hiccup & today i left with extra food bc they gave me the wrong order. which i understand it happens but my order also didn’t even have all of what i’d paid for. i really want to have a good attitude about this location since i know it’s new but there are so many things that need to be fixed.
3/22 update: I've now visited this location several times. Second time in I received my food in exactly 2 minutes and it was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. No complaints at all. I always dine in... never drive-through. Sounds like all bad reviews are from the drive-through. I have no experience with that.Original review: Delicious! Received food in 5 minutes, dine in. Tenders were fresh and juicy. Potato salad is incredible as always. No complaints with this first visit and I’ll be back… this location is perfect for me on my drive back home after a bike ride.And give the kids some slack… location just opened this week so they’re still ironing out the kinks and developing skills to work as a team, but I didn’t experience any issues whatsoever with this visit, take that for what you will.I will absolutely be back!
The restaurant is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and courteous. The packaging of food is awesome. The drive thru's are a bit crowded and the wait times may be more. So I ordered online pickup. This is a brand new location, so I assume they are still learning and getting the things straightened up which is fine!!! This is the first time I visited SlimChickens and ended up ordering twice in the same week in this location.
