Lobby always closed. Food is good, employees are nice. But you need to open the lobby.
Ordered mobile pickup for counter pickup and restaurant closed the dining room so I had to wait a very long time behind every car in the Drive-Thru that hadn't ordered in advance. The website should specify that only drive-thru pickup is available so that customers can pick somewhere else if the dining room will not be open.
I made my order on line it was really easy. I even saved some money by doing this. They have special offers for online orders.every thing was made fresh i was super hungry and forgot to take pictures before I realized, it was all gone.. The chicken tenders were shriveled and dry. It is the second time this has happened. This time I took them back and requested fresh ones. The cook said, she's been cooking all day, they are fresh. She tore one apart and said, she will get new ones. The new ones were fresh and good, but I can't say I'll be back. Plus I like to dine in, this place is drive through only.
Inside is open again and the food is just okay. The staff at this location is very hit or miss. The last time I was in there, the lady was very nice but I’ve been when the very young workers are inefficient and rude so maybe just pick the drive thru here or go to the rogers location for way better service. This location is stingy with sauces too; the other isn’t. Drive the extra 10 mins!
I had to wait 20 minutes for a 12 pc meal but it was totally worth the wait. The meal was so good and there was enough left over for my husband to have for his breakfast in the morning. Thank you Popeyes!!!
I order through Doordash and the dasher picked up the wrong meal. I called Popeye's and they explained to me what happened with the driver. My husband had already eaten the mistaken order, but I reordered my part of the order, and they not only sent my full original order, but extra food and drinks, too! They went above and beyond this time. I have never had a bad experience here!
This is absolutely the worst Popeyes around. They never have the lobby open. I came tonight to order once again. A sign says, "Lobby closed due to equipment issues." What a coincidence!!! Everyone I come here they are closed. So, I decided to go through drive thru. Slower than the 7 year itch. The guy in front of me drove off because the wait was so long. When I got up to order, I found out the prices have increased. $39 and some change to feed 3 people? This place charges $.60 for each sauce you get as well. I certainly hope they don't go broke.Anyway, I decided to leave as well. Went to Canes and fed my family for $24 and got drinks included. I guess I'll be going there from now on...
The original bone-in chicken was hot and fresh. I ordered the 12 piece family meal with fries and mac and cheese. The large mac and cheese was only enough for 2 or 3 people, so I didn't get any, but we had plenty of fries.
