Donna the general manager has got to be the rudest person in customer service. All I want was the garlic butter to come with pizza and she was completely rude about it. Pizza arrived cold driver was rude. This place is a joke order fr somewhere else I will be calling Ozark pizza company the franchise that owns them. Get it together papa John's this can't be allowed the tone the attitude.
The pizza and service has been great every visit.
10/10 would not recommend this location. We ordered a lrg 5 topping pizza with the key things we wanted on it being: garlic butter crust, extra cheese, banana peppers. When we got it, there was no garlic butter crust, no extra cheese, and three banana peppers. The other items we ordered we mediocre at best. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers or the quality of their food.
Pretty pricey for even just single topping pizzas. Plus NO health precautions. No gloves, masks, hairnets etc. Even without Covid restrictions I would expect some food handling care.

Worst customer service ever! We didn't even order any food because the person at the counter was so incredibly rude, we left. Should have read all the other tons of bad reviews this place gets because of their useless employees. Corporate should really come in and take over. Too bad. I don't see how they can stay open. I don't even want to give them one "star ", more like a zero.
