Went on 4/4 at 715. Have gone here numerous times with pretty good service. Was told we couldn't have one of the bowls put into a Styrofoam container to keep the rice and chicken separate. Has never been an issue. But okay. Got up to the window and were quickly given our food. Had to stop the lady from closing the window to ask if we got any teriyaki sauce. We hadn't. She asked if we wanted 1 or 2? We had 5 orders of teriyaki. When I said one for each order so 5. She rolled her eyes and acted completely bothered. We can. Go to Street Ninja if getting teriyaki with teriyaki chicken creates such an issue. No other condiments offered or given. Service is trending downward.
New location. Efficient and friendly staff. Food was fresh and generous portion sizes. Seemed bigger than average.
I'm sorry but this is the 10th time I get my order incorrect or the food is stale. I'm so tired of being back and forth specially when im on lunch and i chose to come here. I will no longer come to this location. ?
*** YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR*** Had food delivered for myself and my co-workers. The order was missing three items. When I called to have the rest of the order sent over the girl raises her voice and tells me that I'm wrong because she packaged the order and it was all there... well, it wasn't. She was rude and obnoxious.
My teriyaki chicken was tender, but came with chunks of smooth fat and cartilage. My egg-fried rice was bland and vegetables were undercooked for my liking. Not enough sauce was provided.They assumed I and another customer were paying together which led to an awkward exchange of money after the other customer paid for my food.Workers were nice.
Afternoon weekend drop-in. Ordered one side and two proteins. Definitely not their normally fresh and tasty. I dislike getting bottom of the finished product. Way more vegetables that meat!Men's bathroom was hideous. Complained about the condition, yet no staff entered it to check it out while we were there.
They were out of what I wanted (they're literally always out of *something*) and I had to wait 30 minutes to get a different dish that I didn't want as much, but it tasted really good. So idk

Great place for lunch , I pay like $11.00 for a bowl. Which is Honey walnut shrimp , and rice and a medium drink. Always fresh and service is normally pretty good!
