The food smelled wonderful, the service on the other hand... Sat at the bar for a late dinner, bartender knew most of the beers, no recommendations though despite asking. We ordered a pizza and finished our first beers. It took over 10 minutes to get the bartenders attention to order a second round, despite multiple attempts. The bar was about 2/3 full. Meanwhile, groups on either side of us who ordered after we had got their pizza. We asked, and the staff had no answer. They didn't offer to have the pizza made ASAP, just that they'd put it in again. No thanks, we left. The pizza did smell amazing, but the service frankly stank.

The humus and artisan bread was delicious and we ordered the spicy Joe pizza which was good but a little on the greasy side. The hostess was sweet and quickly bussed a table so we could sit outside which I appreciated, but our server was not very attentive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming specifically to eat here unless expensive little boutique places are your jam.

A weekend spent in Bentonville, and we found ourselves at O&T twice!First day enjoyed some Pizza (Hoboken/Atomica), Fried Mozz and great craft brews. Red sauce on pies has a nice tang, and the pine nut came through lovingly on the Atomica.Day two and we were back, this time I snagged the Chicken Sammie; it was massive and cooked perfectly - moist chicken and thin crispy crust. Even after being on trails for 4 hours, it was a big plate to consume.Friendly staff, open seating (indoor or out), and pizza made to order. A minor caveat is that they close at 3pm for lunch (?!). I guess they re-open at 5pm for the dinner crowd.

My server was so sweet and Jeffro is the best pizza maker! Atmosphere is very chill, I even participated in a lovely high vibrational conversation with a neighboring guest. Loved the mushroom pizza, kudos O&T! ??

Great pizza and great atmosphere. The staff was phenomenal, highly recommend this. For someione from the NY/NJ area finding pizza that easily competes with back home is a treat.

I went here the other day. Food was was dry but the waitress was super friendly. At the end of me meal when it was time to pay I asked her if she can receive personal tips? She laughed and said we get this a lot and nodded her head yes we keep personal tips. I then asked why was that girl fired then? And she said she wasn’t allowed to talk about it for legal reasons.. ? I understand that waitress is trying to make a living I get it and times are tough right now but I’d hope she will find something better instead of working at a toxic place. She was really friendly too. I’d give her FOUR STARS for good customer service. She deserves better than that place.

What type of owners are you for taking away two servers huge amount tip that they rightly deserve. That’s messed up $4,440 split in half is theirs. Instead they wanted to use towards the restaurant not pay staff out of their pockets for bonuses and put it towards the Christmas party that is ridiculous. Then they fire one of the waitresses because she told the people who gave her tip what they were gonna do is awful. Those owners or managers whatever they are not human beings because they have no souls.

Great pizza! Amazing fried mozzarella! We love the fried chicken too; basically it is all so good. Don't miss it if you're visiting Bentonville. The owners and staff are wonderful! Incredibly helpful. 5/5 stars!

Terrible people. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They wanted to take the $4,400 tip from 2 servers and give them 20% of the bill to split.. that was like $200. They then wanted to use the $4200 that they were gonna keep AS CHRISTMAS BONUS / A PARTY for the employees because they didn’t want to take it out of their own greedy ass pockets.

Their food is incredible! Chef Luke is a master at creating humble flavor pairings that surprise and delight. It's just pizza, but also, so much more.
