I sure do appreciate these folks. I get off work late, and sometimes cannot stand the thought of cooking for my my mom and boyfriend (neither of whom feeds themselves properly throughout the day lol), so I often stop here. Everyone is super nice and food is always out quickly. I appreciate the effort they put in... fast food is not an easy job. Thank you!
Paid for a meal, was asked to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes I had to call the store and ask if my food was coming, then waited another five minutes before they brought it out, just the burger when I paid for the whole meal.
I would give more stars but I sat here almost 15 minutes curbside when finally I had to call to find out about my order, only to be notified that the frapp machine was being cleaned. I only ordered a breakfast sandwich and a small caramel frappe. It would have been nice if one of the employees had come out to let me know and offer me a different drink option. How was I supposed to know that they were cleaning the machine? How bout cleaning it before closing up? Just a suggestion.
Manager had no clue on how to run a shift during rush hour. It was a guy and he even got upset a bit at a customer. The other manager with him went on a break during the rush, why would she do that during that time. Makes no since to me. And I've been in their shoes before running a shift at a McDonald's. Never let employees go on a break during a rush.
This McDonald’s is horrible. They never get the temperature right on the food. I repeatedly get my double cheeseburgers with the cheese not melted. I’m not going to this trash establishment anymore.
Friendly service is not on their forte. Food was a bit cool as well. Guess that is just how McD's rolls now.
I am only giving 4 stars because my order gets messed up at this location a little more than most, however the staff has always been kind. With Covid going on I see these people work very hard, dealing with problematic customers over the littlest thing, yet the employees always greet me with a smile.If you need to go to a McDonalds, stop by this location and they will be kind and helpful.
Hot fries. Awesome, but lay off of the salt. So much salt I thought I was at Chick-fil-A.
Ordered a couple different days in the week. First ordered hot cakes, which should come with syrup, but I paid for extra, they only have me what I paid for, not what should have come with it as well. Second visit I ordered a hot cocoa. Took a sip and only tasted hot milk, they never bothered to mix it.
The staff at this location are always so kind and friendly! I will pass up other locations to visit this one because of the awesome service. Thank you guys for the smiles and laughter. We’ve lived in BV for 1.5 years and I have only had great experiences here.
