This is the most disgusting, run down, and poorly ran McDonald's I've ever been to.The register and menu boards didn't work. My receipt was a blank piece of paper. There were ants on the soda machine. The floor was covered in trash. The cashier had to ask for help with every customer and no one seemed willing to help her.I could go on. Instead, I just won't come back.Gross.
The manager there on night shift gave me bad customer service , me and my brother waited for our food , for like 20 minutes while she was busy talking to a employee laughing , then my brother honk at her she came to the window and started yelling at us to never honk at her so she brought our food and threw us the bag and didn't even have our fries in it , she was rude and disrespectful. Bad customer service I will never go there again she needs to be fired , thumbs down to her
Waited patiently 30 minutes even though that wasn’t the problem .to have to wait that long to get very cold food. Got told “sorry only have 3 people”, that’s does suck but shouldn’t need to tell me that but couldn’t tell me how long it will take or reason why everyone’s foods cold but so busy cooking??? If you can’t properly get food out then you need to close the store down.
I'm currently working down the street so it's convenient for me to eat lunch at this location .numerous times I have stop to eat lunch and the bathrooms are flat our disgusting and there lobby is trashed with no sigh it has been cleaned at all for weeks.untop of all the obvious things wrong they allow the homeless people from the shelter down the road to hang out in the building all afternoon smelling and disturbing customers. this place is definitely a disgrace to fast food.
This store is filthy dirty. Toilet paper needs refilled in both stalls in the woman’s restroom. The floor is nasty. Left side of the drink machine was out of ice, there was no sweet tea and the drink station was also nasty. It’s 2:12pm and we’re not in the middle of a breakfast, lunch or dinner rush. No reason for the restaurant to look like this. I’m appalled!The wait for the food has also been a while. The restaurant is not busy?!
I come in here often an it progressively getting worst .this is only time I got the Courage finally to took pics but if you think this is bad you don’t even won’t to know how that lobby looked?. And it hasnt just recently started looking like that ,it’s been since like mid year last year. An not the mention the crackheads/ homeless people in there. That literally staring at kids crackling his fist , changing clothes , ripped his cloths off , yelling an not one staff said or done anything. There broom just makes me cringe. I felt so disgusted by looking at there cleaning products. I felt like buying my own an putting it on there door step because obviously no one knows what that looks like. I thought every place has inspections but apparently not?♀️??
One of the better McDonald’s in town. Always clean inside. I really like the remodel they did a few years ago with removing the gas station and making this location a single point. It makes it look so much better.
Pretty good crew at this location! Food is good and the place is generally looked after and clean. Warning: Parking lot gets way icy after getting snow. Does not look like they plowed and I watched several cars easily slide on the ice and almost collide. Use caution.
Tables were dirty. Took several squirts of germ-x to get the sticky residue off of the tables. This seems to be a hang out for the homeless. They took up half of the restaurant. Made me very uncomfortable because 2 of them were threatening to hit each other. Will not eat inside there again.
I never thought it possible to give a fast good chain 5 starts but thus location consistently amazes me. There is never a time they don't have a long line but each associate working serves you with a smile, Hustles to get your food wrinkly, and hardly ever keeps you waiting. I appreciate this location and their staff and drive for the customer.
