This place is a joke, I went to pick up 2 orders, 6 items each. Both were paid for and had an order number, but I had to pay again in cash because it "didn't go through," 1st red flag... after I paid the cashier again, they tell me to go to the "pick-up window." Now, there are two windows after the initial window, one that has a sign that says "Pickup" with a number 2, and one that has no sign above it. So, I follow the instructions of the cashier and wait...after 5 cars grab their orders and leave, I pull to the front and go inside and ask why I am sitting for 10 minutes waiting for my orders, I am told by the manager, I am assuming, tells me I was at the wrong window and I will not receive it, at no time did any employee show initiative and tell a customer they are in the wrong window, then why do you have a sign and number at the wrong window? Why would another employee tell me to go to the pick-up window?Avoid this place. And as I finally got my two personal orders, not delivery service. As I walk out the lid was not secure on my ice coffee an spilled on my clothes and I dropped it, but I was so mad I just wanted out of the "clown" restaurant....literally.
McDonald's makes me feel bad. Like I ate cardboard. At least cardboard is recyclable!
Manager on shift was patient & was positive with us depsite their system needed some fixing (something like that) and a long line. We can't remember her name but she had short blonde hair with glasses!
The food was the best around lol!!! Come on now it’s Mickey Ds!!! It was mouthwatering just sitting I. The drive thru!! I ordered a McTriple Ketchup Only!! And Small Fries!!! I don’t know who else does this but a burger from McD ain’t complete with out fries!! I am in love with it lololol!! Everytime I go they never have strawberry pies!! I miss strawberry pies!!! This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. My orders are always correct
I ordered through the app for curbside pickup and it took forever to get my food and on top of that the lady who brought out my food also the manager by the way supposed to have great customer service as a manager was super rude because she didn't want to walk to food to the pick up for curbside
Disgusting! First they totally messed up our order. We got two correct items out of the six we paid for. While she was inside getting the correct items I tried eating my breakfast. The sandwiches were obviously made earlier and microwaved. They were hard and the texture was disgusting. They were like the microwave biscuit sandwiches you get from a convenience store. The remainder of tge items were the same way. McDonalds corporate should really investigate this location.
On a road trip and stopped in for quick food and a restroom break. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The kitchen was very busy and our orders were correct, food was hot, dining area clean, and the people friendly. Stephanie was our cashier and she was excellent.
Talk about a trash location. The poor girl working the window took my order with a pen and paper because she said their system was down and they could only take cash. I felt so bad for her because she looked so overworked. (I couldn’t order at the box either, only at the window). Every customer took about 10 minutes to help so to get through the drive thru is over a half hour if there’s only 3 cars. Owners Bill and Walter Mathews need to get their employees some help asap
This location is definitely the slowest drive thru thank god there is a sonic real close by
