Had a PUBIC hair in our food. Had MULTIPLE. Felt like this was intentional and am considering filing a police report over this. So disgusting.

Thank you so much to the manager that was on duty Ashlyn, she was a complete rock star..when the centerton location could not take care of me, which this has been many many multiple times I decided I was going to relocate to a different McDonald's even though I have to completely drive out of my way to go to the Bentonville location when I live right next to the centerton location I would rather go to the Bentonville location where their goal is to take care of their customers.. again thank you Ashlyn for making my morning better than what it was..?
No surprise here, a subpar McDonald’s… spent 20 minutes are the speaker box with two different employees trying to help them understand I wanted an egg and cheese mcgriddle, no meat. Finally they realized it was possible. Ordered 4 honey mustard packets, get my order they aren’t in the bag. Ask for them, they spent another 10 minutes looking for them to tell me they are completely out. They send a manager out to tell me they don’t have my sauce. She had to be one of the rudest humans I’ve interacted with. Snatched my card out of my hand to give me a refund. Just a generally terrible experience.
Good food, good service. Location is clean. They still don’t have the kids area open which is always sad to see. Kids just stare through the windows not understanding why they can’t go in.
Another below average spot, employees show they have issues with management none was happy with there existence or there roll of delight influencers... Everyone is subject to crazy when they hungry so to see and watch down service providers is a kill joy

Rude staff, always so abrupt and abrasive. This is the 3rd time in a row we didn't get what we ordered the way we ordered it. Will not be returning.
Legit gave me half a large fry in a large a large fry box when I paid for large fries.Girl with blue hair was too busy talking to the black dude that was working and doing his job. Too busy to the point where we asked for ketchup 4 times before she finally turned around and acknowledged that A CUSTOMER was asking a question. She was having more fun getting paid to hang out with her friend. Word of advice! Fire the one with the blue hair worst service in all my 24 years of ever eating McDonald's. I have picture too but it wouldn't let me post. Dude at the first window is sitting on a chair and looks stoned. Someone needs to fix the service here. Wouldn't recommend this location.
I come here for delivery pick ups and Kyle ball seems like one of the only employees there that actually has personality and wants to be there. Thumbs up sir
