Got here after a long road trip and was hungry so we decided to stop at this place that looked great. I ordered the lasagna, it came cold and the noodles weren’t cooked all the way! The waiter then proceeded to say how it took a while because the microwave wasn’t working!?! So your telling me they microwave the lasagna? And to top it all of the service was horrible it took us 1 hour to get our food and the place was practically empty!
First and last....we will stick with Cicis pizza.All thin crust on the buffet, salad bar was an absolute mess. You should assign someone to clean off buffet and rotate pizza options. Not everyone like everything with mushrooms.Gave 2 stars because tables and floor were clean and cleared. Might be because we were 1 of 5 tables in the hour I was there and most of which was time spent hoping better pizza would appear on the buffet. No thanks!
This was my first time eating st Mazzio's Italian Eatery. I actually found them searching on Google Maps and thought the photos looked good, and the reviews were good. I'm sure glad I did! My whole family loved it! You can't beat the price, but the taste is why we will be returning. We got a special that had a medium two topping pizza, a huge calzone, that was as big as the pizza, and cheese bread with both ranch and marinara dipping sauces for only $21.99. We are three adults and it lasted two days! We are definitely going to try the buffet during the day. Highly recommend! Handicap accessible.
Good variety of types of pizza, salad, and dessert. Friendly service but a bit pricey with drinks.The addition of Calzone to lunch buffet would be a nice to sample without purchasing from main menu.
It was ok. Nothing special except the work of the staff. Very polite and professional made sure you were taken care of and satisfied. The salad bar was decent and the pizza was ok. The dessert pizza was amazing though.
Seriously the best pizza anywhere in this state!! Best selections. Best customer service!! Seriously my husband wanted pineapple on his pizza. Their supplier was unable to give them any so they went to the store to get some because I said he was really looking forward to it (why I don’t know). Also, it was raining and the store was PACKED full of people. If their pizza didn’t make us loyal customers this incident sure as hell did!!!
Usually good but ordered a special with a Calzone. Nothing like the pic online. Super flat, stale tasting, no flavor.
This place as really gone down hill. We didn’t order a burnt calzone. This is not the first time this place is a disappointment. You guys need to do better period.
Tasty pizza, outstanding service. Got a call from General Manager on Saturday morning, he patiently waited for a way to call us after our son left his phone there. I went in to pick it up, bought some more pizza, decor looked a bit dated, but calzone (ham) and even cheese pizza was delicious, service was great, and I tipped the GM because of his honest he gave the tips to the other staff. I'll be going back frequently, now or number one pizza place, despite many other options on the way.
I've been here twice... the 1st time I thought maybe i just caught them on a bad day as the place was dirty, and pizza buffet was old and cold and almost empty. Came back a few months later, and nope, still sucks. Dirty buffet, dirty tables, dirty cash register (covered in dust), old, cold pizza, old salad buffet, despondent employees that act like they just fell off the turnip truck. I'm actually afraid to eat here. I left. Didn't even order.
