Truly awful, I decided to give the Bentonville location a try after the Rogers location informed me they had no food left. The Bentonville location was about as bad as they had no thin crust pizza or Crazy Bread available. Truly awful. Crappy food, but crappier service. This place makes Eureka Pizza seem gourmet.
A huge hats off to this crew, Joey especially. We had to replace an order for a door dash customer ( our mistake, mis delivered )We arrived at 8:56, right at closing.I would not have blamed them for not making a new batch of wings since it was so close to closing time.Joey did not hesitate to take our order. This may not seem like a big deal, and I would have understood if we were denied the order.Restaurant was clean, the crew was friendly and professional.Thank you Joey and the rest of the crew.
Haven't had this pizza before and the pepperoni pizza was good I would order it again and it only took about 10 minutes for a fresh hot pie.
Their pizza is okay good a quick cheap bite.
The store manager is a sweet guy always smiling and happy even when you can tell he is wore out. The owner really needs to make sure he stays there cause the store would fall apart with out him. I have been going there for years and he is awesome. He was a sweet kid just as a worker and he is an awesome store manager!!
On Saturday we were at the Bentonville location. We couldn't believe what we saw. A man picked up a few pizzas and went and put them in his car. He then came back in to ask for something else. The worker must have requested back one the pizza's the man had already put in his car. The man goes back to his car, brings back in one of the pizza's and hands it the worker. The worker put the pizza back in the warmer to be given to another customer. WHAT!!!! After it has been in someone's car? While the world is in a pandemic! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Either let the man have it as it was your mistake or it goes in the trash. Shame on you! We will get pizza elsewhere from now on!
Nobody wore mask or gloves/manager says sorry for wait but employees all out sick. COVID is happening & my family ended up throwing our pizza & wings in trash. I should have asked for refund. If everybody is sick, shut the place down. It was super busy too. The girl that took my order had no idea what they had & had no business taking orders on phone. Two employees trying really hard though to get customers taken care of but I was scared to eat the food due to COVID among the employees. I saw one kid touch my pizza & wings with his hands after they were cooked. They were answering phones & getting on computer, nobody washing hands.
Jerry was by themselves but had a fantastic attitude as well as wicked fast service. Couldn't be happier with my meal
By far the worst location I've ever been to, couldn't get help from anyone after waiting for about an hour, said they were backed up yet there were only two other people in the building. People came in and ordered right in front of me and got their order faster than I did, which was an online order. What a joke
Ordered on line last night. Paid online as well. My wife went in to get them and they told her they had no dough and no boxes. We asked for a refund. No manager was there. Theft by deception IMO. But domino's was great.
