We live about 45 minutes from our local Krispy Kreme location, but we wanted to try the berry variety and I had a freebie for my birthday. I placed our order in the app at 6:18am to pick up at 7:45am. I arrived at the store at 7:30am, the location is still drive thru only. The gentleman at the window said he couldn't find my order and I needed to place the order again. I told him that I had the confirmation email for the order and he just walked away from the window. He came back to the window about a minute later and said he found the order but it wasn't supposed to be picked up until 7:45am and I needed to park. No issue, I knew I was early and didn't mind waiting a few minutes. He came out about 2-3 minutes later and handed me the box and said, "here you go". I immediately opened the box to make sure it was the correct order since I planned on waiting for about 10 minutes until the order time. The pictures are what we received. Terrible. Not anywhere close to Krispy Kreme quality, the box was a mess, I did not jostle them at all, the icing is terrible, we will not ever pay $14 for donuts like these again. I was not about to send them back because I couldn't be in the store to make sure the man with the poor attitude didn't do anything to the donuts, I've seen movies and news specials about what can happen when you send back food. These donuts are just sad and we were so disappointed. Gas is expensive and we drove a long way just for these. Bad customer service, these should never have been served.
Ordered St Patricks Day donuts. They gave us a time to pick them up. When we got there the order wasn't ready and they denied receiving it. When we showed them the receipt received for out order they became surly. Finally they gave us an order that was OK. Not what we ordered but OK.
Typical Krispy Kreme branch with a variety of donuts and beverages. The reason for the low 3-star score is the cleanliness of the branch. The table area did not look like it's been cleaned since the previous day. There were trash and crumbs all over the tables, chairs, and floor and it was early in the morning. The lobby area and the napkin island also were in disarray.If the lobby and table areas were dirty, I have no confidence that the kitchen is also properly cleaned and sanitized; especially during these pandemic times. The managers and staff should take extra steps to ensure cleanliness of the store is a priority.The service was okay and normal. Nothing to speak highly about. The staff did not do anything out of the ordinary like saying hello or thanking customers for their business.
Employees should turn their heads to cough into their elbow even if they have a mask on. I received a box of donuts today that were directly coughed on by an employee, while open and looking down at them mind you. Good hygiene is important. I didn't say anything about it, but let's do better please. Even with the mask on, he probably got his respiratory droplets on our food and that's just gross. I will be putting them in the freezer and then microwave so I let it go.
Rode there on a bicycle and right through the drive through ..not sure if I even put my feet down and my hot fresh doughnuts were done and away I went..
KK donuts are always a 5, but this visit had a bonus. The dining room was closed due to lack of staff. But as we walked back toward our car the owner/operator flagged us down from the drive thru window and had us walk up to the window to order. He didn't have to do that. Not only that, when we got back to car, our box had several extra donuts added, beyond what we ordered. What a great customer experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Fresh and hot, tasty donuts available and staff are good too. Visited multiple times and I liked it.Lot of options , I never see these many type of donuts in any other store
We can not thank the manager here enough. Due to lack of employees it was open for just drive through and we were pulling a trailer. He called us over to the window as we pondered how we could get some donuts. He took our over and we got our days supply of sugar to start our drive for the day. You just can’t beat some glazed donuts throughout a long drive day!!! Thank you guys.
HANDS DOWN.... THE BEST DONUTS IN THE ?? USA!!!JUST DON'T EAT TOO MANY. ??? They have no nutritional value. They'll add on to your weight VERY FAST. And your dentist bills will increase... But DANG!! THEY TASTE SO GOOOOD!!
The gentleman who took our order through the drive through was amazing & funny even got my 17 year old laughing. Great service.
