Ordered at the drive thru got to the window to pick up my order and it was wrong fries instead of mashed potatoes & gravy so I asked for the right thing. They asked for me to give the fries back because they have to throw them away. Which is fine I didn’t want them but that is NASTY that you take food back into the building after we touched it with COVID going around. They say they threw it away but who knows.
I have been here at least 8 or 9 times and I've never had a correct order. I've even tried to order simple numbers so that I don't miscommunicate my order. They will give me the wrong side or downsize my drink... I just don't get it. I'm trying to be nice but they mess up every order. Which is strange because that never happens at any fast food place for me
I’ve only been through the drive through at the KFC in Centerton, but I have always received fast and friendly service. My favorite is the original chicken, and mashed potatoes. If you order a large mashed potatoes, be prepared for a huge portion and a separate huge cup of sauce. And they are very hot, temperature wise. I definitely recommend this KFC. Handicap accessible.
The staff was very helpful and nice.The food quality is fantastic every time and the atmosphere inside gives off good vibes. We try and eat here at least once a week.
They just dropped from 3 stars to one star today, bad customer service. snide team member at the drive thru. incorrect order. Did not even try to make it right I wish I could have remembered to just say give me my $ back. Corporate, I hope you like this review and the on line customer survey
Staff is good but management really rude. Chicken is always cold or rubbery, you chose.

Random piece of mac on my bag, along with no utensils or napkins. Nice cashier though, fast service. I think the base order was wrong, but still got something very similar and same preferences so i can't complain at the end of the day. And it's KFC ... not the best chicken ever but it's good cause it's fried chicken.
Okay so first couple times they forgot an it off my order I was willing to look past and not do a review but third time out of say five trips something is always wrong with my order! Now they gave me small macaroni and large coleslaw my kids will not eat Coleslaw so I'm pretty upset this shouldn't be that hard to check your orders !!!
Solid kfc. The temperature was on point. Oil sauce was perfect. Was made fast. People told me about a good sweet tea that they have. And that it was. Thanks
