Place sucks, Aunt placed order wanted it delivered, (she was in ER all day) it sounded good to her. Well they said they don't have delivering service, so her and my mom went by to pick up order, well half the order was not received, her part was not even there. So my mom came home got me( just home from long day at work) we went back to get Aunts food, they made it fresh, biscuits were hard as normal. No sorry or reimbursement for the inconvenience. Been on hold with customer service. For almost 1 hour now got set to voice mail. Had to leave voice mail... so wait and see.
The chicken seem old, hard and really dark, like it had been re-cooked. I asked for extra crispy but got exta hard original. For the cost, I will go somewhere else.
I love KFC and this used to be my favorite store. Management doesn't allow substitutions any longer and of course that bummed me. Still great chicken. Just not my way. Chicken diva I know.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The seat was worse as I attempted to clean it and then just left. 2 days in a row so that means it's not been cleaned at all in at least 2 days. I won't come back. I can't imagine what the stuff we can't see is like
Simply the Best KFC! the price for a bucket of extra crispy chicken with four sides can't be beat!! 16 pieces of chicken four large sides and eight biscuits for just a little over $40 with tax.
Overpriced and underwhelming.The rude attendant complained loudly as I entered the establishment. There were many loud conversations and they were talking to their manager (clearly the attendant was lowest management") about how the roads were "icy and about to snow" and there was nothing going on yet. They made me the CUSTOMER feel bad to be here. I asked loudly if I needed to leave.They danced around helping me and were about to give me a crusty and dried out filet, but the subservient elder meekly came to inform me that she would "have to" make a fresh piece of food. (Do I need to tell them to do their job?)Loud, unfriendly... and not "fast" food at all.I'd give this restaurant a low review because the night crew on 02-02-2022 was the rudest crew that I have experienced.
I have never had a good experience at this KFC. Which is disheartening because it’s a min away from my place but I decided to try it the other night !!!!! OMG…. Who ever was working that night deserves a pat on the back … it was so so good . I even called up to let the employees know what an amazing job they did and to keep up the good work . That it does not go unnoticed… maybe all this poor service and food can change if we give a thanks. The employee was so over joyed. Even told me they never get a thank you . It was MY pleasure to let you know you guys rocked it that night good work keep it up .
Be advised. If this is not the worst KFC in the country, it is most certainly the worst one in this part of the country. The chicken is just awful regardless of what time of the day you are there. It is always saturated with grease. The mashed potatoes are often nearly liquefied. If using the drive thru, check your order before you leave because it is usually wrong especially in the last hour or so that they are open. We have went back several times, over the last 2 or 3 years thinking things would improve. They haven't...and we're done!
Definitely not the cleanest or best but it was good. I gave two stars because I called ahead and the manager was not friendly on the phone nor in person
Rude lady on drive thru did not ask what sides I wanted, then lectured me when I came in to exchange it, saying she would only exchange it this one time, because I should have told her at the beginning. I have never ordered the big box meal before, and was not even aware of my options! Would be great if she had ASKED ME. Mac does not compare to popeye's, and box mashed potatoes taste better than KFC.
