Not impressed with the food. The service was great. Manager went out of his way to get my food the way I wanted it.
It’s a jimmy johns… just like all the rest. Consistent and you know what you are getting. Wish they delivered further, again, like most jimmy johns.
Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. They didn’t seem understaffed and the employees were very nice but I swear I could’ve made all the sandwiches faster than the employees working. Something is up with management here.
Incredibly slow and could not handle the app orders. People who ordered through the app were waiting 15+ min whereas those who walked in got their sandwiches in less than 5 min. Super disappointed in this location.
Sandwich is great customer service is at a minimum.
FREAKY SLOW! FREAKY INCOMPETENT STORE! I have gave this location numerous tries only to be disappointed by how slow they are every single time. Even when you go in the morning hours, the sense of urgency is non existent. The bread runner waits for the receipt to print before even starting the sandwich, even when its on the computer right in front of her. Then I place an order online on a different date and i call 40 minutes after placing the order because its still not out for delivery. Tell them to cancel. Employee assures me he will let manager know to cancel. 10 minutes later and 50 minutes after placing order, the food says its out for delivery. Call and speak to manager and she is unapologetic and simply does not care. I have worked at numerous JJ locations throughout the US for over 6 years and have never seen such a poorly managed store. Not sure whats going on here, but you guys need some work!!
The music is too loud - rivals most night clubs… very challenging to communicate with the sandwich artists.

Have been to this location several times and the staff is always welcoming! Very nice group of guys working there. As always, freaky fast and freaking delicious. Never had a poorly made sub from this location. Love jimmy johns!
