My husband and I love Gusanos. Unfortunately at 7:20pm this evening the hostess turned us away saying they were too busy to seat us. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service today.
Great pizza, definitely busy on Friday nights so if you can get it to to you'll get it a lot faster I think. But the pizza is delicious and it's a great atmosphere with friendly workers
So so so good! Easy to order online and pick up. Their website is very user friendly. Food was perfect and ready when they said it would be. Calzone was amazing! Pizza ciabatta bread was great - add artichoke hearts, you won’t regret it. BBQ pizza was ok - it has barely any sauce and loaded with toppings. Not bad but a little dry. This will not stop me from returning! I will just try a new pizza next time.
Great local joint with homey service and tasty pizza. Try the Buffalo chicken salad for a lighter lunch. Also a very popular trivia nite!
We are regular patrons of Gusanos in Bentonville. They came thru with a huge request for pizzas for a rehearsal dinner. Met with the manager and told her what I wanted and when I needed it. The 20 pizzas I ordered were done when I needed them and were done to perfection. This was a big deal and they came thru perfectly. I always recommend Gusanos as the best pizza in NWA.
Always friendly staff, been several times now. Food was good each time. The Chicago style is far better then their standard style pizzas.
The restaurant is very busy and has wait time. Recommended going there early.The bar is also very good.
Busy busy busy inside! But a great experience. Heard so much about the Chicago Style pizza & it did not disappoint. The sauce is what makes it so good I think. It tastes like someone’s grandma simmered it all day long ? yum!
The pizza is always perfect. I order the Ditka and it's so yummy. They've got excellent Chicago style as well! You've got to try it! Don't forget to ask for ranch. You can thank me later.
We had a great experience here on our first visit, but our return visit turned into a 2 + -hour ordeal. I think our waitress forgot to put our order in. Not sure what happened, because the manager we spoke to offered no explanation other than the fact that Chicago-style pizza takes longer. We ordered 3 pizza's, and the one Chicago-style was served room temperature. Bordering on cold. It was also the last thing served. I don't know where the fault lies. But sadly, the bottom line is, we will hesitate to make Gusano's a destination in the future.
