Seated in bar not restaurant even with a reservation. Service was terrible, ribs and spinach were so salty they were inedible and had to send them back. Never received our wine and had to ask several times for things. The only bright spot was the singer Candy Lee on the Patio.
We had a very nice visit here. Had reservations for a bit later but arrived early for happy hour. Food was good and staff friendly. Would go back!
We ordered steaks. Our medium rare steak came out medium, our medium well steak came out medium rare, and our medium steak came out well done. They were all extremely charred on the outside (like scraping the grill and eating it). The char was the only flavor we could taste. Our table of 4 ticket was over $200... We could have had better steaks anywhere else. We will not be back...
We made a reservation. Hoping for a quiet table in the main dining room we were sat in the bar area, the table closest to the bar. Our server was great but the bartender was extremely loud and at times obnoxious. It felt like he wanted to be on stage and have everyone notice him. His singing throughout the night was loud and distracting, his conversations with servers was loud and at times inappropriate. Lots of clanging dishes and glasses. Generally he just seemed to be very unaware of himself and wanted it to be about him instead of the guests that were dining. My parents were in town visiting from Chicago, and overall our experience was good but the bartender took a lot away from what could have been a great experience. We would come back again but will not sit in the bar area or even close by when he is on duty.
The waitress was nice but could tell she wasnât properly trained. We waited 7-10 min before she came over to take a drink order. Then we waited for over 40 min from the time we ordered our food until we received it. Poor service. Spoke with the manager and she was defensive and rude. No accommodations or simple apology for the problems. âIâm sorryâ goes a long way- but that was too much to say apparently! Food was some of the worst Iâve had in a long time. One got the fillet- spinach was soaked in salt water/brine type. Mushrooms were past expiration. Two of us got the Fredâs sampler- and the sausage was extremely dry and looked to have been cooked at 2pm (it was 7:15pm). The prime rib was inedible and center was cold. Sad part is that this place has great history and uniqueness and used to be so much better. Management is 100% the reason for the problems with wait staff. Unprofessional open public displays of affection btwn management and bar staff were also seen. No leadership whatsoever and everything from food to staff to leadership and customer service are affected by it.
First our waiter was wonderful. He was helpful, courteous, and well-spoken. We were impressed by him. Secondly, we ordered the platter that had four types of meat on it. Being Kansas City natives, we classify ourselves as BBQ snobs. The pork was good, but not great. My husband liked the sausage, but I didn't try it. We both LOVED the sirloin, but the ribs were the show stopper! Believe me when I say that we have fabulous ribs in Kansas City and the ribs here were just as top notch, if not better. We were there to celebrate. my husband's birthday, so he received a free piece of cheesecake. We thought it would be the usual restaurant dessert. We were wrong. This cheesecake tasted and looked like it was homemade right there at the restaurant. It was delicious. Reminded me of the cheesecake my grandmother made. In all, this is the place to go if you are hankering for BBQ in Bentonville.
Best ribs ever. Really good mushrooms too.

Birthday for my wife. Great cheesecake as added. Our first time was out-standing with the service, food and atmosphere. Just moved from NC and will definitely be coming back and sit outside when the weather cools down. Thank you all
