Ordered the hero. Was good till I found this giant black moldy looking thing. Was hoping it was a stray mushroom but no...it isn't. Very gross for a 15 dollar sub.
Love firehouse. Quick service. Big sandwiches. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.
Great food best sandwich I've had in a long time
On Jan 15, I went into the store to place an order. Ordered a Heros sandwich and another sandwich. When I got home I found that the Hero sandwich did not have any roast beef in it, only turkey and ham. Love Firehouse sandwiches, but not happy with not getting all the meats advertised in the sandwich.
I don't typically leave reviews, but I'm compelled. The guy taking my order on Wednesday Dec. 29th around 1:30 was rude and was incredibly unhappy to be working. He and all the staff had pissed off looks on their faces the entire time I was there. Definitely a staff that IS NOT people friendly and no doubt hate their jobs. I felt like me and my kids were a burden to then all. Will not go back to this location. *food all over floors and tables
I walked in to order a carry out sandwich and there were only 2 employees working! One seemed real new and the other seemed to have the burden of everything and was overwhelmed to say the least! Once they took my money though they forgot all about me! 45 minutes later I got up and asked about my sandwich and they knew nothing about it! No order, no sandwich! I asked for a refund and they didn’t know how, so he wrote that I was due a large sub for free and would put it in the office! I know businesses are suffering due to labor shortages, but who turns new people loose without qualified people to run it! Not happy with this location and will not come back! Would like my refund though!
Awful service. Order wasnt complete. Wait was almost 3x the estimated wait time. 3 employees and only 1 was actually working. Sad
Don't order online for pick up. They never get the order correct. And then going inside is like you asked them to make a 18 course meal or something, wait 40 minutes for your sub and hope they get it right. We placed our very last order with them this weekend, ordered a cold sub (it was hot), wanted green peppers, oil and vinegar--- nope. Wife said no tomatoes- looks like they put extra tomatoes. It's like they could care less... There is way too much competition in the area for them to be pulling this kind of customer service.
Firehouse is awesome!! This has been my favorite sandwich shop for 12+ years. I'd often search one out on long road trips before more locations started sprouting up. Today I had the limited time cuban. It was delishious and the pulled pork on it was really tasty. My family loves their loaded potato soup combos. My normal go-to sub is the Italian or Brisket with added raw onions. Get their app to earn points for free food. After just two visits with my family of 4, I earn a free medium sub. Definitely give them a try if you haven't ever tried them!!
Food was good when I got it. Took to long to get it. Over 30min with a lunch rush
