As a long time dunkin employee and customer. I can honestly say as a GM from AZ I am embarrassed at the lack of care and concern for food safety. Anyone who runs a dunkin should understand the rules of a servsafe and OSHA standards. I personally don't know the rules out here in Bentonville, AR with these franchises but I would expect all dunkins to at least follow food safety policies. No one is in uniform which looks trashy and unorganized. I'd understand if there was no policy on uniforms but at least have them be clean about it. When I addressed the MOD about no gloves being used while handling food she had no cares or worries. She was very condescending. Didn't appreciate that especially from a "manager or shift leader". Whatever the rules may be out here in Bentonville, it does not excuse her behavior. Good luck with your business and future clientele. Hope the OM is understanding and doesn't shut you down. I am a regular at the Bentonville location. The location is about a 15 minute drive from my home. Basically it’s out of my way. I go get a xl hot coffee with French Vanilla that the sticker says needs 5 shots of French Vanilla. I also usually go in the afternoon. But the last two times in the morning they only put in 1 shot instead of the 5 shots. Plus when I tried to call and discuss with the Manager instead of answering the phone they don’t answer. I was assuming the mistake was a training error.

This was my first experience at Dunkin doughnuts service was absolutely horrible the food was disgusting the lobby was Filthy there was no tables clean whatsoever the condiments were nasty and filthy and the trash was overflowing about to fall on floor by front entrance When they mixed our coffees they use the same utensil for every coffee that they were making and never rinsed it off or got a new utensil!!! If there was a place to give negative stars I would!!!

The staff here is extremely rude. Yesterday we had to pull around to window because we could not hear staff, when placing my order the lady got half of our order and walked away before we could tell her what kind of milk we would like in our coffee. When she came back and we explained she rolled her eyes. Then her colleague slammed the window on us. And when we told management they seemed unbothered by the situation and acted like it was no big deal. So they think they can get away with their attitudes at this location, and it’s obvious they can. Don’t come here thinking your going to be respected.

Mostly this Dunkin is good, they are fast, and polite. However, they could use more employees to make things go more smoothly, and they aren't quite as friendly as some other places.I believe they are great people doing the best they can considering the circumstances.I still visit a few times a month and love their blueberry oatmilk latte!

Donuts were not fresh. Coffee was bitter. 2 coffee orders were incorrect, and the manager wanted to argue with my gf when she asked for a refund for her coffee.I should have gone to Krispy Kreme or Daylight Donuts.

Sunday afternoon, thought we were going to get a treat. The donuts were stale like "yesterday fresh".

One of the best spots in town to start your day! I have been to this location many times to get my morning coffee and bagel. Easy to get in and out if driving. It’s right next to the new Walmart Home Office location.

Cashier guy couldn't figure out if my gift card had a balance or not. First said nope, then said $1.80, then after I gave him my debit he gave me my receipt and told me my balance was at the top. I ordered the strawberry coconut refresher, was given peach, I had to ask for napkins, and the toasted coconut donut tasted.like b.o. smells. Seriously, check the security footage to see if he rubbed it in his armpits because it literally made me gag. Worst dunkin ever.

The only thing worse than the food was the garbage service. There were more employees than customers and it still took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me standing at the counter. And, another 5 minutes to get 3 donuts.
