as most businesses are now a days they are short staffed but they are working as hard as they can and doing the best they can.

The server never skipped a beat, and kept her smile, the cook sent out DELICIOUS and got orders PERFECTLY ❣️❣️The diner is clean, kept up and nostalgically adorable 10’s!!!!!!! I ordered the endless $6.99 breakfast and they brought out 1 piece of bacon and 1 piece of sausage at the time of the meal and 1 at a time every time I ordered more. At then end of the meal the girl brought me the bill and she had charged me $1.29 each time I ordered more bacon and sausage. Thank goodness at the end of it all she took it off after I refused to pay it due to the TV commercial says unlimited amount. Not to mention the door has a sign up due to short handed it will take longer and they meant it the place wasn't very full and it took over 30 minutes to get my food
Staff is low but all other great new group of people.. food was in point..
Go to a different place if you want breakfast. The service here is always awful. They act kind when greeting you but that is where the service stops. Came in for a early breakfast this morning and they had one other table seated, so they were not busy. They had 2 servers and 4 kitchen workers, 3 of which did nothing the entire hour and a half I was there. Ordered 3 things, 2 meals in and one Togo. Tell me why the whole visit took over an hour and a half to get my food, eat it and wait on the Togo order when only two tables were sat the entire time I was there. There is a reason this place is always dead. It’s not worth it. The service was absolutely terrible and the food was subpar. Will not be coming back
A bit of backstory: my basketball team and I wanted to get breakfast before one of our games. We went to Ihop but they said the wait was an hour long for all of us, which is understandable. We went to this Denny's and they said it was only a 30 minute wait, so we were excited to get in earlier. When we were seated it took them 10 minutes just to take our order. We didn't think much of it. Then, after ordering, we waited for over an hour just to get our food. People were coming in getting their food then leaving before we even got ours. Plus, they never refilled our drinks. There weren't many people in there, so it wasn't like they were packed. Multiple times I would look over and a server would be standing doing nothing. While we waited for our food we saw it sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. So, when we got our food, it was cold, plus it was either burnt or undercooked. We probably won't be coming back here when we have more tournaments here...
It's becoming just another Waffle House. Good luck to them! I am a truck driver and I go all over the country to many other Denny's. I was not even remotely impressed and I won't be coming back
Only one server. She tried but had several tables. The strawberry pancake hush puppies are 10/10 amazing. My friend for the slam and enjoyed her food. I got the chicken biscuit and gravy bowl. It really looked amazing which made me sad to taste it. I added salt pepper and hot sauce and still the biscuit was just too (soggy or reheated?) Gravy was bland. So I ended up just eating the chicken and eggs. Eggs were good. Overall just ok. Definitely need more servers.
I wish there were negative stars for this review! The waitress was horrible, she can't bring simple task when asked busy the customer. I asked for hot coffee when mine and wife's were brought to us cold, so she brings me one cup. Later I had to ask her to bring another cup because wife's was cold as well. Asked for extra sugar, didn't get that. Then asked for extra butter, waited patiently, then went and asked for butter again and her reply was she was sorry and that she was spacy today and said she would bring it right out, didn't get the butter, then she happened to look at my table and said she was so sorry again and went to get butter and my pancakes were cold. I'm very disappointed in Dennys. They suck. Tried to talk to the manager and couldn't.
