I’ve cream was great, as always, restaurant was neat and clean. BUT. Young man working the front was quite rude and acted as if he would rather be anywhere but there.
Order from the drive through. They give you the blizzard then tell you to move forward and they’ll bring the food out. By the time they bring the food it the blizzard has melted.
Clean, quick, and pretty good food/ice cream. Was nice to see a new Dairy Queen. Generally they are old and dated.
Very nice and clean inside. The food was very hot and good. We got the $6 special and the hot fudge sundae was really good too
When we first walk in my daughter notice a smell . It was unpleasant like a dirty towel. The place look clean.Manager on duty was friendly and attentive. I ask about the menu change I miss the old burgers that’s what I like especially if I wanted a home feel hamburger. These stacked burger aren’t it. They are just OK. Bring back the homemade burger.Fries were NOT fresh at allBurgers were warmBlizzards we’re stiff order was still wrong thin mint blizzard instead of Oreo.Work on sanitation wash hands or Sanitize your hands before you pass out the food and after you finish passing out the food.With that being said my daughter has diarrhea and vomit ?. Pickles came up so please keep your sanitation up and go an extra mile with changing and check your dates on food.
The absolute worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Had to repeat our order 3 times at the window, they still got our order wrong. When I went back inside to get a refund for the awful service and blizzards we received, Angela was completely rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. This is not how an employee should act.
Great experience but I wish the chocolate machine actually works all the time it's a ice cream place and one flavor is out unorthodox
It is the end of January, so when I opened my DQ app and saw that this location still had the pumpkin pie and pecan pie blizzards listed I was a little skeptical. However, I called to verify before I drove there to order my blizzard. The woman I spoke with said that they were out of the pumpkin pie, but they definitely could still do the pecan pie blizzard. I drove to the restaurant and went through the drive through. The man taking my order said that the pecan pie was a fall blizzard and they didn’t do them any more. I said your coworker just told me you all had the stuff for it and could. He said that they did not and the only thing they had was pecans. I went home with no Blizzard. DQ get your stuff together. If you do not have something take it off your app and train your staff to know better.
Rotisserie chicken is delicious. I wish they had the crinkle fries like other DQ's. I saw on news a couple days after my visit that this restaurant caught fire. Not sure how long they will be closed.
They stopped making stakefingers.Been going to DQ for 40 years.Don't see a reason to go again. Just nothing special. Same as the other food chains now. Sad .
